  Serenity and Massage is a therapeutic-based massage clinic that trains staff members in a variety of massage modalities. Located at the Hawaii Kai Shopping Center, the cozy 670-square-foot spa has blue and green interiors reflecting the colors of the ocean, as well as artwork by local artist Edguardo Garcia II on display. Each massage is structured for clients' specific needs on the day of the appointment, and massages are performed based on a pressure scale of one to five. Massages include Swedish, Thai, pregnancy, lomilomi, cranial sacral, polarity therapy, and oncology. The spa's signature service is a deep-tissue combination massage that incorporates a number of massage modalities such as sports, trigger-point, and shiatsu. After receiving treatments, clients can check out the shopping center, which offers scuba diving and parasailing experiences, restaurants, and hair and nail salons.
