I took my mom to this Spa for mother's day. it was her first massage, she really loved it. and says she will go back. I was expecting an over the top customer service experience. the receptionist could've been more friendlier.

I am a bit of a spa junkie and have gone to the best destination spas in the country for vacations. When I am at home, I turn to Natural Body for my spa services. They never disappoint. Krista and Maggie give beautifully relaxing massage treatments. Kristin (you may have known her as Charlie at her last job) gives the most amazing facials and has a to die for hand massage. She has such a healing quality about her that I always leave feeling not only pampered, but balanced and restored. I also love that this is a spa, not a salon, so it has a great relaxing energy about it. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place. You will love it!

For everyone here not giving 5 stars, they are crazy!! This place is wonderful! I got a massage and facial and I can say I've never felt so relaxed in my life! I took my mother with me who also got a massage and facial and she loved it too! We are planning another ladies day soon so I will most definitely be booking another massage! Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. They don't act as if they are doing a job, but rather doing something they enjoy!

I think this spa is overpriced. The treatments were ok. The spa was noisy , during the treatment I could here water running, the microwave going off and the crock pots they use to warm the towels is so loud, when the lid is taken off. And they do this at least 20 times. I had a wrap done, and it was only luke warm, othere wraps I have had were HOT. I had a headache after leaving. With the many spas in OP and Leawood, I don't think I will be going back.

Several of my friends and I booked an afternoon at Natural Body and really enjoyed ourselves. I had Sveta for my facial and she was so attentive to my skin. My massage was very relaxing. I enjoyed the atmosphere at the spa and I purchased several products which were very reasonably priced.

I have been to this spa many times for their relaxation massage. I have been several other places for massage in the area and this place is my favorite. They are a bit pricey as I generally get a 90 minute massage and this definitely isn't the cheapest out there. But I think it is worth the price. Also they offer monthly deals & have sent me several coupons for 15% off their services. I have never tried any services other than massage so cannot comment on that though I am considering getting a facial. I have never been pressured into buying any products though have gotten free samples! I also like that they don't seem to be overly busy & can accomodate my schedule. I generally book only the day before and have never had a problem getting an appointment for the time I wanted. I have always had a great experience with the staff. I do think the waiting room is a little small & chairs could be more comfortable - but I've never had to wait long so not a major issue for me. Overall this is my favorite place to go to relax!

I have been to many spas in KC & LA et al & have had many facials & massages. My husband arranged services for my birthday with a friend. His sister made the reservations so when 2 others decided not to go - he did call & cancel 1.5 days in advance but not 2 full days in advance - which he didn't know he had to do because sis made the reservations. So what should have been a great experience was indubitably marred by the hundreds extra we were charged for services not rendered. I took it calmly & was not rude & as such the woman at the front seemed to really sympathize & offered to talk to her director about a refund; no one ever called. The facial was decent but the aesthetician should have known the pumpkin scrub was too strong for my fair skin - left my face burning and red well into the night & my birthday party. The massage was spectacular - have never had a better relaxation massage & would go back frequently for the massage if not for all the other problems - it was my first visit to this spa & with such shoddy treatment I will not likely return.

I spent $50 on a 50 minute relaxation massage during Spa Deal Days. The masseuse was good, but he TALKED too much during the service! I want absolute quiet. The other thing is that I was disappointed he didn't massage my scalp, face, ears or neck. But what he did do felt wonderful.

I unexpectedly had a friend in from out of town - I had never been to Natural Body - but took a chance - they were able to get both of us in for 90 minute services. So wonderful in fact, that I came back myself the next day for a massage. The only recommendations would be to have a larger sitting/relaxation area and chairs that are actually comfortable. Also - please guys/gals do not wear clicky/heels to work. Trying to relax while hearing heels clicking constantly back and forth down the hall does not help the relaxation process... :-) One last thought - please do not try to upsell products/services - I am not coming to hear a sales pitch... :-)

The spa is beautiful but not as clean as I would expect for claiming to be a Green spa...the receptionist and manager were nice in an ungenuine way & the therapists were average. I would not go back unless they actually honored the discounts they had promised.If they had a better staff I would consider going back.

I visited the Natural Body Shoppe in Leawood over the weekend for a massage, and it was wonderful! I was taken back immediately and did not have to wait. I've had 5 or 6 massages before and this was one of the best. Also some different techniques used that I had never had. The regular price for a 60 minute massage was $80, but I had thought online that it was $65. After mentioning this and saying I didn't want to pay full price, they chose to give me a discount and I paid $68...plus tip of course! Very well worth it. Plus I think my massage went over and seemed to go about 75 minutes! Would definitely visit again.
