  Brilliant Smile is a multi-specialty dental spa located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, on Fifth Avenue in the Rockefeller Plaza. There are three treatment rooms with city views, in a boutique-style spa setting, and the clinic's modern design is complemented by contemporary paintings and photographs.

Dr. Maryam Horri founded Brilliant Smile to meet the needs of patients seeking specialized and technologically advanced dental and facial rejuvenation treatments. She specializes in cosmetic and advanced restorative dental techniques; some services are performed by technicians and facial aesthetic experts. Services are aimed at the maximum preservation of the natural tooth structure, and the clinic provides simple maintenance plans that require few office visits.

  Preventive and maintenance services include deep cleaning, root planing for periodontitis, X-rays, night and athletic guards to protect teeth from clenching and grinding, and sealant application for cavity-prone patients.

  Cosmetic services include bleaching, Juvéderm™, Botox®, collagen fillers for lip rejuvenation, and Invisalign teeth straightening. Advanced restorative treatments include porcelain veneers with temporary trial veneers available for smile makeovers, ceramic crowns and laminates to enhance patient's smiles, dental implants to replace a lost or missing tooth, and resin restorations for small cavities. Grooming in relation to dental prophylaxis, stain removal, bleaching, and a collagen lip mask, bleaching, facial rejuvenation, smile lift cosmetic enhancements, and laser gum contouring are also available.
