I have been going to Firm Body Evolution for a few months now and I LOVE the RESULTS. I was commuting a lot and had very limited time when I started, I needed a quick (30 minutes) full body workout but I hate the vibe of chain gyms. I found Firm Body Evolutions through a Holistic practitioner, and WOW it changed my life. The vibe is relaxed, the staff is helpful and the equipment is the future of fitness. They have these awesome Body Compositions machines that report your, well, body composition, so I know that I replaced 7 pounds of fat with 7 pounds of muscle (dropped 2 dress sizes) by using the Whole Body Vibration machine for 30 minutes a few times a week. I branched out into a workout including both vibration machine and Infrared Jade Sauna. The saunas make my skin amazing, I take the 30 minutes to relax and I feel so good getting out the toxins. I am looking and feeling better than ever. I keep hearing that I am glowing… I am glowing because of the results from Firm Body Evolution.

So I found FBE Spa on Groupon offering a pretty good deal I couldnt pass up. I decided to visit this Los Angeles based holistic wellness center over the weekend. The experience was much more than I was hoping for. Totally surpassed any expectations!
The lymphatic massage machine was definitely a dream come true. You get strapped into a machine, which wraps around your body / legs / left arm. The machine shoots air into the pockets which in turn compress your limbs. The feeling was nothing short of incredible. Never had I felt so relaxed and blissed out. I could totally see how this machine helps with circulation and drainage. I mean the air pushes and caresses your muscles in a way that would make any masseuse envious.
I am so glad I was able to experience this machine. I have never seen anything like it in any gym or clinic that I have ever been to. I am not sure if it's exclusive to FBE Spa, but you should get your butt over there and try it as soon as you can. Tell them Jenn sent you!

I have visited FBE Spa several times. When I'm feeling sluggish and run down - this facility is my answer. The staff recommended I try the Lymphatic Compression Massage. It truly was an amazing experience. The room is very relaxing and quiet. The machine felt like I was being massaged by several individuals at the same time while breaking up the static waste in my lymphatic system. I followed the massage with an infrared sauna session. Rejuvenating & detoxifying for sure. AMAZING experience.

The vibration machine at firm body evolution was insane. I have never been to a fitness center quite like fbe spa. It was decorated nicely, had an awesome vibe going on, the owner was really nice and informative and the vibration machine kicked my butt... in a good way of course. They like to say "10 min on this machine is equal to 1 hr at the gym" but I think even that is an understatement.
I frequent gyms quite often and ive never experienced anything like the vibration machines they have. Honestly, if the simplist of movement and exercise turns into a muscle using monster of a workout. Doing pushups on it just was my favorite part. I left the gym feeling very awesome and definitely couldnt wait to get my next fix.

Thanks Janine, I was reading your review and also went up on Youtube and searched for a bunch of different FBE Spa videos. I just searched "FBE Spa" and a whole bunch of stuff came up. While I have already experienced the spa first hand I thought the videos were really perfect for conveying the overall feel and vibe over there. The fact that FBE Spa was on all these national tv networks has to be an indication of something right? Well, anyways I came here to share with you all my ongoing experience with FBE Spa.
I have been going there for around 4 months now after my husband introduced me. I think this place is so amazing. The atmosphere is really something else, Joseph (the owner) is such a sweetheart and helped customize a solution for me. The vibration machine is crazy intense, I personally can only stand a few minutes but I have been getting much better.
The pneumatic compression thing works wonders for me. I have always had issues with my hips and this machine really helps to circulate my bloodflow and remove toxins and lymph from that area.
My favorite is the infared sauna. it's like a sauna but you can lay down and it's SO AMAZING and relaxing. Honestly I could spend hrs just in that machine.

I will bite! I saw FBE Spa on Access Hollywood on Youtube and I had to check them out after seeing the different machines they had, especially their pneumatic compressor thing. I suffer from lymph edema, which is basically swelling of my leg tissue and after I saw what they said about it, I was like I gotta check thse guys out. So I went over and Joseph the owner was extremely helpful and explained ot me the different routines that would benefit me and instantly gave me a tour of the area including a test of the pneumatic machine. I tried this thing once and was hooked.
the thing was amazing, felt like I was being massaged by a bunch of people at once. the best part was that it drained my lymphatic and helped my leg out so much more than any of the medication i was taking at the time. amazing machine and i owe my lively hood to fbespa. I also tried to Infrared Sauna and this, coupled with the pneumatic massage, had me in a blissed out state. Highyl recommended for relaxation and detoxification. Gotta check it out for yourselves!

You know I have been going to a gym for a really long time. I struggled with weight as a young man and turned my life around by eating healthy and living a new lifestyle.
I must say, FBE Spa has taken things to a new level. I was not sure at first, but when I tried their Vibration Machine I was floored. This thing really had me feeling it. I mean, i work out all the time but this thing was getting me awesome workout. I would definitely recommend.
I even lost around 7 lbs in my first week and a half or so. The place isnt cheap but the results are so worth it

So I saw FBE on the news quite a while back and decided to give them a try. I was kinda over the whole conventional gym scene and wanted something new and on top of this, I was just getting over an injury to my hamstring which I had been rehabing for quite a while. The first thing I noticed about firm body was the cleanliness of their facility and professionalism of the owner, Joseph. He helped me with EVERYTHING from start to finish and now I frequent the spa at least a few times a week to get my vibration therapy on. I love the fact that the vibration machine works out areas of my lower and upper body that I never knew I could work out. Leaves me feeling so refreshed and good about myself. I also spent some time with their resident acupuncturist, Yasmin. Crazy that not only do they have amazing equipment, but also acupuncture? Yes please! Overall, I really enjoy going here and would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative way to work out.

A truly one of a kind facility offering unique calorie burning workout on the Whole Body Vibration machine with detoxing and relaxing in the Infrared Jade Sauna. Truly the best one hour experience. I am definitely a spa person and have experienced many spas throughout these United States. The FBE Spa experience is difinitely a first. Not only could I detox and burn calories in the Ultra Violet Jade Cocoon, but also have a unique toning, calorie burning workout on the Whole Body Vibration machine and the Power Plate. It was a new experience, burning calories, toning, detoxing and relaxing, very therapeutic.
It was important to me that FBE Spa was very clean and the aromatherapy set off the mood of healing.
I was happy that the Spa had vistor parking and the
staff was more than accomodating, and very knowledgeable.
FBE Spa is all about health, healing, weight loss, and anti aging, very therapeutic and practically effortless.

I love fbe spa. I was searching for an alternative approach to weight loss in los angeles and came across fbe, and I am so glad I did. I wanted to find a center that would provide a healthy, comprehensive approach to losing weight and that is exactly what this facility offers. They have unique whole body vibration and power plate machines which shake away the fat from your body and build lean muscle. They also have infrared jade saunas which burn calories and detoxify the body. And, if you need a more personalized weight loss program they have an acupuncturist or chiropractor who will provide you with just that. Overall, the staff, the members, and the facility keep me coming back day in and day out. The motivation and results that fbe provides is unrivaled and I suggest anyone and everyone to put aside their skepticism and do a body good at fbe spa.

Start with the good: Commendable machines, equipment, LED light treatment facilities. parking easy. Doctor doing acupuncture smokes or is around smoke could smell it on her as she did acupuncture. I question her skills and ability as she was clumsy with the needles and did not bother to give a diagnosis. Sales staff, aggressive guys, heard them doing the hard sell on the phone while waiting for my appointment. They sound real good on the phone and polite till they have your credit card information. Very impersonal and offhandish after.
Pricing complicated and expensive. Better off to pay exhale for that price and get a much better experience.

I just had the greatest Swedish Deep tissue massage I have had in years. I have had back problems for a couple of years and massage has become a necessity. After my appointment at FBE, I was thoroughly satisfied with the service and really felt like I got my money's worth. If you are having back pain (especially the pain that comes mostly in the mornings and evenings), try this and feel the difference. It is a breath of fresh air!

A friend suggested a day pass at the FBE Spa after I mentioned to her that I had been feeling lethargic. I was surprised to find that not only did they have equipment that would rejuvenate my energy, but there were many other benefits.
The vibration machine was great for a quick and powerful cardio workout. It also has been great for making me more regular... maybe that is too much information but it really does help.
The air pressure suit looks like a space suit that squeezes your legs and arms to increase blood flow while simultaneously removing toxins. You have to try this!
The infrared saunas are so much more enjoyable than a typical sauna that can be so unbearable... or not hot enough.
I would definitely recommend trying out this spa.

Its been a while since I have experienced something this fresh and different here in LA. This Spa has some awesomly innovative Rejuvination / Detox machines ( The Infrared sauna is a MUST try). This place had a calm relaxing ambience, and offered an out of this world massage among other things. its a hidden oasis right here in the midst of LA and I am thrilled to have found it.
PS: Their state of the art vibration fat burn machine rocked my world !!!

I was really quite impressed by all the different health and fitness experiences available. First, I went into an amazing Infra Red Jade Sauna that within 10 minutes, rendered me into a detoxified, profoundly relaxed and refreshed state of mind and body. Then, I had an incredible massage, aromatherapy and lots of pure ionized alkaline water that left me feeling totally rejeuvinated. I look forward to going back for other types of bodywork and using their Whole Body Vibration Machines and Air Pressure Machines.
