Overview

Upon completion in fall 2008, The Cape Codder Residence Club will consist of 15 two-and three-bedroom 1/10 fractional ownership residences on the site of the Cape Codder Resort & Spa in Hyannis, Massachusetts. The properties are conveniently located near the area's beaches, and residences can spend time whale watching, sailing and boating in Nantucket Sound, driving through some of the country's oldest villages on Route 6A, golfing, biking, and discovering other Cape Cod attractions such as historic sights, theaters, museums, art galleries, and antique shops.

Members have full access to many of the resort's amenities including the Beach Plum Spa. After renovations are completed in July 2009, the spa's facilities will expand to 15,000-square-feet and will include 16 treatment rooms, locker rooms with lounges, steam rooms, whirlpools, and saunas, hair salon, fitness studio, a spa cafe, and a separate spa for kids and moms. Treatments include massage, body treatments, facials, and will expand to include Botox(r) Cosmetic and laser hair removal. Many of the spa treatments are Cape Cod-inspired, and incorporate ingredients such as beach plum oil, seaweed, clay, mud, and cranberries. Residents have preferred access to the spa's fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, and steam rooms, without a day charge. Regular fees apply to spa services though residents can receive extra rewards with use of their Cape Codder Residence Club member card.

Families with children can enjoy special spa treatments, including the chocolate milkshake pedicure, as well as the resort's 30,000-square-foot indoor water park, free family movies, children's entertainment, and the resort's annual holiday enchanted village. Other activities include taking a boat ride through the Freedom Boat Club, relaxing in the adults-only swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and enjoying the resort's year-round entertainment such as nightly bonfires, live jazz on the weekends, and dinner theater from January through April. There are five resort restaurants on site, serving fresh seafood and other selections.

Residents who would like to experience a different vacation destination have the option of participating in the Resort to Resort Exchange Program, which provides access to other ski, golf, or beach resorts, as well as cruise lines.
