Elements Therapeutic Massage wants to provide relief to "people of all ages-from infants to seniors and from all walks of life-from the weekend warriors or competitive athlete to the home gardener or the overstressed, overworked executive." The 1,560-square-foot spa has seven treatment rooms and is decorated in earth tones meant to convey a relaxing environment. The spa specializes in the treatment of neck and back pain, headaches, sports injuries, and stress reduction and offers full-body massages in increments of 55 and 85 minutes. Treatments are customized for each client and may include elements of Swedish, deep-tissue, trigger-point, hot stone, and sports massage. After each treatment clients receive a complimentary bottle of water. Elements also supports the North Broward Road Runners Club and sponsors races at Tradewinds Park.

I've been getting massages here a couple of times a month for a little over a year and I've tried seven or eight of their therapists. I am a personal trainer who works out very frequently so I usually get a combination of sports, myofascial, trigger point & deep tissue style massage, but I LOVE that they are also VERY relaxing. I bought gift certificates for my clients for the holidays and every single one has been thrilled with their massage as well.
I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a little more than JUST relaxing. I personally need a little more from a massage than that and if you do too, then this is the place for you!

Went here on a Spafinder coupon for an 80 min massage. My massage therapist, Matthew was GREAT! I was so pleasantly surprised. I was nervous about doing some deep tissue because I'm a major wimp but the massage was fantastic.
Will def be back and will be sending my fiance as well!

I found this place on the SpaFinder website and I was very impressed. The staff is warm and friendly and knowledgable. The 80 minute Therapuetic massage I received from Stacy was the BEST massage I have ever had. (I've been to several places and had about a dozen massages over the past few years) No one comes close to this place. I highly recommend this facility.

It was my first time going to this wonderful place called relaxation.From the moment you walk through the doors you are welcome by a friendly staff. The atmosphere is so relaxing and my deep tissue massage by Henry was amazing. I will be recommending my family and friends. I promise you, you won't be disappointed!!! I received a SpaFinders gift card for my birthday and I redeemed it at the elements in Coral Springs while on vacation. The front desk staff greeted me with friendly smiles and offered me a cold bottle of water. What a nice detail, it is summer in south florida after all!
My therapist was attentive to all of my complaints (I injured my back moving & I work on a computer all day). I prefer deep tissue massages but usually they are rough and painful although beneficial. This was the FIRST time I didn't experience the usual pain of deep tissue!! Needless to say, I felt alot looser and more mobile after my massage and pain free :)
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone seeking massage therapy in a massage-only studio with a friendly, knowledgable and compassionate staff!
