Isabelle's European Day Spa

I went here for a pedicure. I had the deluxe pedicure. the technician did try to make sure I was comfortable, she got me a blanket and pillow but that was about all I can say about the comfort. These are waterless pedicures but that does not mean it should not be relaxing. This was not, the room was cold and crowded. The technicians were distracted. The atmosphere overall was just not a relaxing experience. Additionally, there was no massage. The technician basically rubbed lotion in for a minute each foot that is all. She also did not ask before cutting my nails what length I like them and so cut them shorter than I would have liked. She did not push back my cuticles so my polish is on the cuticle instead of being smooth. As for the polish, I got one coat and a topcoat, that is all. My nails are not shaped.Finally, when I went to check out I was overcharged by $25, when I called back in I was told they would correct it and I would see the refund on my next credit card statement, as I paid with my debit card they have until the next business day to refund it or they will be hearing from me.Overall I found this spa disappointing and overpriced. Don't waste your time or money on something you could have done better yourself

We received a SpaFinder gift certificate as an office Christmas thing. We chose Isabelle's for its location and the services. Sue Ann had an excellent massage, was pampered in every way, had an excellent lunch.I did not mind the price if she was feeling so good. But Isabelle's did not honor the gift certificate. I mean, it was tiny, 10% of the charge, but they said "it did not apply to packages" and charged me the entire amount THEN they kept the certificate.Nice place, good services, but tacky management, don't you think?

I received a Gift Certifacte for Mothers Day and and I have to say "It was one of the nicest times I've had in quite a while". My husband purchased a "Spa Heaven" package and it pretty much includes services in all their departments. I had a wonderful time. The staff and technicians were genuinely warm and happy people. Isabelle's character shows through. I bought a Gift Certificate on the way out. I thought I would share the Love.

I visited this spa on the recommendation of a friend twice for waxing. The atmosphere is great, and everyone is very nice. Only, after telling the girl several times to please be careful, because I have sensitive skin, she commented that I didn't need to worry, that they're products were very safe.I left that day with a very bed burn on my lip because she left the wax on at to high a temp. I let her finish but complained and showed the manager my swollen lip. She was apologetic, but slightly dismissive.My friend assured me that this was a fluke, so we went back together. This time I choose my esti. by name and got my legs waxed, thinking that it might help to have them work on an area that is less sensitive.This time they used cloth strips that looked dirty, and my friend and my legs (which, mine are practically hairless with out waxing) where cover in infected hair follicles with-in 12hrs.I will never go back, and strongly recommend to anyone who goes there to think twice about the waxing.

I took a little weekend trip for my birthday and decided to treat myself to a spa day. I chose Isabelle's because they offered the services I wanted in a package that seemed very reasonable. I'd never been to a day spa before so I didn't know what to expect. I had the most wonderful experience! The ladies at the spa treated me like a rock star. Even though I got horribly lost trying to find them and was VERY late for my check-in time they went WAY above and beyond to accomodate me. They rearranged schedules so I could still enjoy all the services in my package. And they did it with a smile! I will definitely return to this spa and highly recommend them to others.

This Pedicure is the Best in the World!!!!

Well, I have to say "Nice". Originally I went in to purchase one of the spa's "Day packages" for my wife, Mothers Day.My wife returned home and spoke about what a wonderful time and the great fun and service she received. So I went back and got a couple's package. we had a great time. So much so that we just went back to the hotel room with a bottle of wine for the night!I thought it was a real gem. Friendly people, very warm attitude, just Nice.

I went here the other day and the staff was very gracious and nurturing. I had a mud wrap and felt so nice and cozy afterwards. I go to spas all the time and thought this was much better treatment, surroundings, results than at other places. Prices were very reasonable too.

The people are very nice and so far the few treatments I have had are really not outstanding but nice. I would say that compared to other spas - this one is better than average but not luxury.
