Don't Raise The Price When it's Time To Pay!

I've been to here in Red Bank a couple of times. The first time I had a gift card and paid $50.00 for the same pedicure I could get elsewhere for $35.00. When I opened the gift box at the front desk there was no actual gift card in it..Simple mistake.It was never put in the box when purchased. But when it came time to pay they wouldn't hear anything about it. They made me pay $50.00 for the pedicure. They said they keep no records of gift cards, which I find highly unprofessional. I even made several phone calls to see if I could get my money back since I now paid $100.00 for this pedicure. No one would help. Front desk staff is rude. Never smiled, never said hello. I give everyone a second chance. Especially if you are going to write a review. I called to make an appointment to have my hair colored. When I called they said they were running a special for color and highlights for $100.00. I said OK. I got exactly one highlight. ONE. across my bang. I go to the counter to pay, again no one greets you. It looks like you are bothering them. She tells me the charge is $170.00!! That's not just a little more and she was supposed to highlight my whole frame. I asked why the price increase? she said I had a shampoo! WHAT?

I have been visiting Milagro Spa for years and it is one of the only high quality day spas in the area. The nail department is wonderful - ask for the reflexology pedicure, it is amazing! The hair department has 3 levels of hair stylists but they are all phenomenal. My favorite part of this spa is the massage and skincare department. Best massage therapists and estheticians. Always ask for advice from the customer service reps! They won't steer you wrong!

This location is smaller than their Manasquan location, but it's easy to get to, welcoming, and provides great service. I love the atmosphere and service menu along with the childcare available.

I recently went into Milagro spa in red bank because I stopped a girl in the grove and complimented her hair and she told me a young girl named Lexie her hair. She told me she was amazing and I was looking for a new stylist so I made an appointment. I booked a haircut, color(touchup), highlights, and blowout. I found my stylist for LIFE!..l not only did she do exactly what I wanted she was so pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I get complements all the time on my layered haircut and my color. Everyone thinks I go into NYC! Instead I go right into Milagro spa right here and local. Go see Lexie! She's the only person I would let touch my hair.

I go to Milagro Spa with fiance to get massages. Whether it is the classic or deep tissue massage, I have always been satisfied with it. I have had many different techs and all have been very friendly and been excellent at their job.

I go to Milagro for waxings and facials. I have had several different techs and all have been great! The spa decor could use some updating, however the product lines are exceptional and certain facials, which include a neck and shoulder massage, are excellent!

Milagro is the spa I visit most often. The hot stone massage is amazing, the facials are great and the manicure/pedicures from here lasted the longest I have ever had. I recently got a blow out from Cole and as usual, my expectations were exceeded. I am due for a hot stone massage soon, and I believe Olympia is the woman I love. I hear the Milagro in Wall is better than Red Bank, but RB is great. I love the facial events Milagro has. They have great deals from time to time, so check theirs site.

Every time I visit Milagro in Red Bank I always leave relaxed and happy. I go there for Facials, Massages & waxing. I used to get my hair done there, but I now go to a place closer to my home. I loved that they aren't pushy with products to me. The last facial I had, they gave free blow outs, and Nancy gave me the best volume blow out I have ever had! I absolutely love their hot stone massage. The services at Milagro in Red Bank was much better than what I experience at the Borgata by far, and I was shocked. I dislike that their eyebrow wax is now $22. I choose Milagro in Red Bank over Serenity in East Brunswick, Vito Mazza in Woodbridge and Avante on rt. 9. (although i haven't been to avante since the renovations).

I visited this spa last week and was immensely let down. My masseuse was wonderful, don't get me wrong, however the staff in the front were incredibly nasty. It was mostly older women, and you would think they would be professional knowing they are in such a competitive industry, but this does not seem to phase them. I waited about 6 minutes to pay because the women were in the back gossiping about their coworkers, which I found terribly rude and disrespectful. When a woman finally came to help me, she was quite snooty. She did not ask how my experience was nor did she point out that my masseuse had recommended products (which I would have been happy to purchase!). Aside from the horrid customer service, there is no hot tub or steam room, and to access the sauna you must walk through the entire gym in your robe! A two star spa AT BEST, you can get so much more for that kind of money elsewhere.

This was a terribly disappointing spa experience. I originally called to book three appointments, for myself, my mother, and my sister. All were to receive the classic facial, seeing as though they had never had a facial before. Come time to pay, they had been put into the computer as a specialized facial service costing significantly more. They staff was unappologetic and rude, and failed to acknowledge their own mistake. We certianly will never return. Besides the terrible service, the atmosphere was severly lacking, the spa was small, and housed in a gym. As an avid spa-goer, I would never recommend this spa.

Went there as a surprise from my bf for my birthday on Memorial Day. The moment they handed me the luxe robe and sandals I knew I was in for something special. Massage A+, Facial extraordinaire, Manicure nice and A-1 hair style. I recommend this to anyone who needs a true escape.
