Signature treatments work on pain as it relates to soreness from working out, repetitive stress or injury. With the purchase of a day pass, clients may utilize yoga classes, personal training facilities, basketball courts, the golf simulator and aerobics equipment. Manhattan Athletic Club’s facilities include a steam room, lockers, towels, showers and toiletries.
