I've been here a couple of times and have really liked the service they provide. I liked it so much that I've gifted a couple of massages in which they were not pleased with the services for genuine reasons (i.e. rescheduled at last minute and not be accommodating to the client; shortening their session from what is suppose to be a 50 minute massage to 30 minutes). I found it to be humiliating in the fact that I had bragged about how good they are. In any regards, I personally will go back there myself, but I am not sure I am going to gift out any more massages as they do not fair well with those I've given it to.

I have had several wonderful massage experiences here from a few different providers. Each experience has been wonderful. The massage times are shorter than most places so a "one hour" service is actually only about 40-45 minutes of massage. But aside from that, this place can't be beat, if you can avoid the sales pitch at the end to join. And the location is very convenient.

This was my first time getting a massage. I asked a lot of questions prior to finally doing it. I had checked out another competitor with same questions and was really impressed with Hand and Stone. I had a tour and was told about all the services offered. I did have a massage that day and then signed up for a 6 month package. I really liked the fact that if you do not have a service one month that they carry over and you can have two the next month! I'm sure that will not be happening with me but nice to know if it does.

My wife and I call this our "Little Chocolate time at Sunrise". As soon as you walk into the Spa you can already sense a calming mood in the air. The greeting and scheduling staff are always hospitable and friendly. The massage and facial therapists are professional and knowledgeable in their subject matters but to make this description more simple for the feel good seekers, this spa is the "Calgon take me away" and "bring you back feeling tuned up" kind of place.

Its a cute massage place in a cute spot. The people are beyond friendly and make you a top priority. I became a member and get massages monthly. On my birthday this year my amazing husband got me a membership for Hand&Stone Massage and Facial SPA. I am not very spoiled by massages and seems like never have time for it. But my husband insisted and I am glad he did, because I had really amazing relaxation massage with Londa. I've been to a few different places in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and this one was so far a best experience I have ever had. She was very friendly, nice and knew how to use the perfect pressure. I am sure I am coming back to her again.

Be aware that there are additional charges for hot stone, deep tissue etc so that you are not caught by surprise, but the add-ons are well worth the money. We loved our hot stone relaxation massages. I think that hand and stone massage offer wonderful massages. I do think that their membership should be explained a little bit more clearly before having someone sign up for the membership. It is not a monthly membership, but 12 months in duration and you cannot cancel at any time. Other than that, great massages and anniversary parties.

So i got my hot stone massage and cold stone facial there a week ago. My husband got me a 2 hour package and when i made my App there the gal over the phone even said it was a 2 hour treatment but it was only 1 hour and 20 min... so i don't know what went wrong there but it was not cheap so i don't understand why i didn't get my whole 2 hours. honestly it was even less if you count how long a was laying there waiting for my massage gal to come in after i undressed. i never ever waited this long for a massage. I did not even enjoy my massage. Never will i get a hot stone massage. so not relaxing . Don't even get me started how pathetic the cold stone facial is... what a waste! On top of that i kept hearing real loud noise, like a fan blowing the whole time.. i was not relaxed at all. I'm a good person so i will give them one more try if i ever come across a deal but man it was the worst spa experience for me. =(

I have been a happy member of Hand and Stone Massage Spa for over a year now and have noticed some amazing health benefits as a result. Like most of us these days, I maintain a very hectic lifestyle. Adding a monthly massage (or two) to my busy schedule has not only improved my physical health by reducing muscle aches, tension and stress, it's improved my attitude and outlook too. I have experienced massages at various facilities and private practices sporadically over the years and have found the Puyallup Hand and Stone Spa to be superior to all others. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, clean and relaxing. All of the staff and therapists are friendly, competent and professional. I been going to the hand & stone for several months and I really enjoy it. A great stress reliever. I have had several different massages and facials with no issues. Customer service is great and very helpful. I recommend the Hand & Stone.

The massage therapist was attentive and paid attention to every detail. Did an indepth review of what would work best for me. I was extremely pleased with the quality of service and went away knowing I would use this facility in Puyallup, WA again.

As a massage therapist, I am very particular about the atmosphere of a spa, the customer service and of course the massage. I was simply blown away on my first visit! The front desk ladies are so genuine and nice, and the spa is beautiful on the inside with nice music and a pretty water wall. The massage by far was the best though, it's been a very long time since I practically melted on the table. Ask for Carol or Laura! I won't go anywhere else. I'm hooked!
