On my birthday this year my amazing husband got me a membership for Hand&Stone Massage and Facial SPA. I am not very spoiled by massages and seems like never have time for it. But my husband insisted and I am glad he did, because I had really amazing relaxation massage with Londa. I've been to a few different places in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and this one was so far a best experience I have ever had. She was very friendly, nice and knew how to use the perfect pressure. I am sure I am coming back to her again.

My friend and I recently tried this place for the first time. It was so easy to get our appointments, we were seen right away and the staff was very personable. Be aware that there are additional charges for hot stone, deep tissue etc so that you are not caught by surprise, but the add-ons are well worth the money. We loved our hot stone relaxation massages. Cant wait to go back!

I've been to both the Lacey & Puyallup locations and have had great experiences at both spas. They have a very relaxing atmosphere and make you as comfortable as possible, even during a Brazilian wax. ;) lol My friend and I go every two weeks to get massages together, def. the highlight of our week!

My experience was so good here. I went with a girl friend that has a membership just to try it out because my normal girl ditched out and I loved it. The massage was great and everyone was really nice. I actually signed up for there membership as well. You should totally check this place out!!

I think that hand and stone massage offer wonderful massages. I do think that their membership should be explained a little bit more clearly before having someone sign up for the membership. It is not a monthly membership, but 12 months in duration and you cannot cancel at any time. Other than that, great massages and anniversary parties.

I had my first massage/hot stone massage in YEARS, I was a little apprehensive at first, BUT what a great relaxing experience for some who finds it hard to relax.....I have become a member and looking forward to more visits. My massage therapist was excellent and very attentive to my needs and concerns. The front desk was very courteous and informative. I will recommend friends to go there.

Have visited Hand and Stone of Puyallup multiple times and had wonderful experiences. The lobby is clean, serene and inviting. There are numerous services offered and you are always given the option to upgrade your experience. The staff are pleasant, friendly and seem like they truly enjoy their jobs. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this spa.

So i got my hot stone massage and cold stone facial there a week ago. My husband got me a 2 hour package and when i made my App there the gal over the phone even said it was a 2 hour treatment but it was only 1 hour and 20 min... so i don't know what went wrong there but it was not cheap so i don't understand why i didn't get my whole 2 hours. honestly it was even less if you count how long a was laying there waiting for my massage gal to come in after i undressed. i never ever waited this long for a massage. I did not even enjoy my massage. Never will i get a hot stone massage. so not relaxing . Don't even get me started how pathetic the cold stone facial is... what a waste! On top of that i kept hearing real loud noise, like a fan blowing the whole time.. i was not relaxed at all. I'm a good person so i will give them one more try if i ever come across a deal but man it was the worst spa experience for me. =(

Unfortunately, using a Spa Finder gift certificate did not allow us to qualify for any of the advertised specials or introductory rates. Instead of qualifying for the 50 minute special rate, using my $50 gift certificate would have bumped us up to theregular rate. I would have actually spent more money using my gift certificate. I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been a happy member of Hand and Stone Massage Spa for over a year now and have noticed some amazing health benefits as a result. Like most of us these days, I maintain a very hectic lifestyle. Adding a monthly massage (or two) to my busy schedule has not only improved my physical health by reducing muscle aches, tension and stress, it's improved my attitude and outlook too. I have experienced massages at various facilities and private practices sporadically over the years and have found the Puyallup Hand and Stone Spa to be superior to all others. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, clean and relaxing. All of the staff and therapists are friendly, competent and professional. They get to know their clients well, greet everyone by name, and work as a team to assure their patrons are comfortable, cared for and respected. It is without hesitation that I recommend the Puyallup Hand and Stone Massage Spa to anyone who wants to improve their health, attitude and general quality of life! When you go in, be sure to tell them Lana sent you!

As a massage therapist, I am very particular about the atmosphere of a spa, the customer service and of course the massage. I was simply blown away on my first visit! The front desk ladies are so genuine and nice, and the spa is beautiful on the inside with nice music and a pretty water wall. The massage by far was the best though, it's been a very long time since I practically melted on the table. Ask for Carol or Laura! I won't go anywhere else. I'm hooked!
