    Facelogic Spa's South Barrington, Illinois location is a 1,530-square-foot spa with six treatment rooms. The spa focuses on offering a variety skin-care services at affordable prices. After clients arrive at the spa they are asked to fill out a questionnaire provided by the spa. Before services begin, the therapist will consult with each client to analyze their skin and recommend the best treatment. Services include facials, peels, masks, microdermabrasion, waxing, eye and lip treatments, and makeup application and lessons. During the treatment music, aroma, and lighting are customized for each client. After all facial treatments clients are offered a finishing-touch makeup application. A number of signature services, packages, gift cards, and a membership program are also available.

Rude Staff - Over Selling & Waste of time & Money

If you are looking to relax and enjoy some pampering time this is NOT the place to go. The people who work there are RUDE...VERY RUDE. They are RUDE on the phone when you try to book an appointment & they don't even get what you asked for correct when they take the name down of the treatment that you asked for. If you don't like something they get angry and treat you extremely poor and then skimp on the treatment that you pay a lot for. From the moment you get there till the time you leave they don't stop talking. Every moment you are there they spend the time selling you still you are sick over the fact that they wasted every moment & every penny that you spent to be there with them selling you & being over pushy to sell you. If you finally get sick of them over selling & rudeness they tell you that they have the right to do this. Since they think it's ok to waste my hard earned money with their constant talk & rudeness when all I want is the facial I paid for Well I have then have right to not like it and tell all my friends and all those who want a quality relaxing time not to go to the South Barrington Facelogic location. The worst part is that it happened one other time & I gave them another chance. Not worth it!!

I had never heard of this place until I saw a deal on livingsocial. Decided to try it out, loved the way my face looked after the first visit, and am now a member there. They are great about accepting spafinder gift certificates, so on top of a discounted member price, you get an additional discount from using discounted spa finder gift certificates. Jennifer and Jessica, the two girls that have alternatively done my facials, are great! Definitely recommend to anyone that wants to try new facial treatments each time! Great product recommendations too!

I just want to say how thrilled I was to find a place like Facelogic. A place to get pampered and rejevenated right on my doorstep, at The Arboretum in South Barrington. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. The atmosphere, right when I walked in melted my stress away. I went in for a facial and to relax and when I saw all the other services they have, I upgraded to one of their elite facials which included microdermabrasion, (I always thought you had to go to a dermatologist for that) and I must say I'm glad I did. my skin felt fantastic when I was done. I'm going to make this a monthly pampering, by joining their membership program which, means I will get a discount on my monthly facials. I need to take care of my skin and fight the signs of aging, and the girls at Facelogic can help me, they let me know the areas that need attention and the products that will help. they weren't pushy in trying to sell. But a skin regime is definitely helpful. I'm looking forward to my next one already

My sister and I decided on the spur of the moment to visit Facelogic after seeing the ad posted online for their signature facial. Who says you can't get good skincare for less - :-). The price was right as was the entire 50-min experience. The treatment helped rejuvenate my otherwise tired, wintery looking skin into a vibrant, soft and supple feel and appearance. The service quality was excellent as was the staff: knowledgeable, helpful, without pushing products or services to the customer; they offered advice and made some suggestions but their demeanor and overall service was impressive. Both my sister and I will be going back for additional services. Thanks for turning an otherwise dreary, awfully sad, rainy day, into a wonderful, feel-good-all-over experience, Facelogic!

I was introduced to Facelogic thru a friend about 8 months ago and I LOVE this place. The staff is great and very friendly. And they always suggest a skin care product for any issues I may have. And they don't mind when I fall asleep during the session. I reccomend Facelogic to anyone that doesn't want to spend too much, but would like to pamper themselves and their face every month.

I have been a member of Facelogic for at least 6 months and I see Jody. She is fabulous! Taking care of our skin should be foremost in everyones month. It is a little peace and quiet time for just me! Anna and her entire staff are nothing but professional! I highly recommend the monthly membership to save on everything from facials to products.

The whole shopping mall is as cute as can be; and when you step in the door at Facelogic, you can just feel your stress melt away. The retail area is a visual delight with it's clean lines and relaxing colors (not to mention the superior quality products)it certainly feels like a high end day spa. The facial is by far the best I have ever had & the chair (oh the chair) is the most comfortable thing I have ever been in. Be prepared for a wonderful shoulder and hand massage along with your facial, and be prepared to feel like butter when you are done. Generally I pay $80 for my facial and it is worth every penny! (And I am a CPA penny pincher - so that speaks volumes.) Don't miss out on some of the most wonderful cosmetics and facial cleansers when you are there, just ask Anna who is very interested in helping you put your best face forward. Seriously, this is an experience not to be missed.

I became a member to facelogic because the woman giving me a facial was excellent. She did a great job. However Anna, I believe she is the head person there is horrible. Not only did they over charge me every month it was big fight when I asked for money back. I would call and she would tell me she was working on it. I called back a week later to find out it was never fixed. This did not only happen once (mistakes happen and I know that) but for the 4 months that I was a member it happened 4 times. I had to wait over 3 weeks for each credit. I cancelled my memebership two months ago and I am still being billed. Anna now is promising me the money will be back and when I call to check the status she hangs up on me. This is not my fault and I really don't appreciate the lack of customer service she has. The facials are not worth the headaches of getting my money back. There are other spas out there that bill correctly.

We are sorry that you were disappointed in the promptness of your refunds. Per the membership agreement that you signed we require that our clients give us at least 30 days notice in writing so that we can accurately update our records and ensure that you are not billed. We gladly waived the 30 day notice and immediately canceled your membership per your verbal request. Unfortunately our automated billing did not adjust promptly. You were refunded 2 days after your November auto bill and 7 days after your December auto bill. These were the only two months that you were ever billed for membership. Our records have now been corrected and you are not showing up on our auto billing system. Thank you for your business and bringing this concern to our attention. This spa is a gem! As you enter the space you get a sense of a high end spa. The retail area is decorated beautifully, with clean lines and relaxing colors. I was a little taken back at first to see the spa was sectioned off by curtains, but once I was in the chair I forgot there were other people sharing the room. I was concerned the noise from the other guests would disrupt my relaxation but I didn't notice anything once the esthetician was working on my face. I had the Emminence Organic Facial and the product smelled so good! The best part is my skin is still glowing. I decided to become a member because I definitely could use some more of the pampering I received and you just can't beat a $49 facial!

My husband gave me a gift card for Christmas to this place I had never heard of before. But I saw the website and it looked posh. When I got there it was high end, I thought that I had discovered a secret all to myself. The retail area was spacious and the ottoman was sooo cute :) Then I went back to the spa and it was OK, but once I sat down and she started working I was transported to my Nirvana. The esthetician used just the right amount of pressure and her voice was so soothing. She asked the right questions and knew when I just wanted to decompress. I would go back even if it wasn't such an amazing steal at only $49. UNHEARD OF!!!!!
