About Oasis Westchester
Oasis Westchester is a 6,500-square-foot spa located in Dobbs Ferry, New York. There are 15 treatment rooms, a special room for private events, and a 1,000-squre-foot retail boutique. Clients can also unwind on the spa's rooftop Zen garden. Services include massage, body therapy services, skin-care services, waxing, hair care at the salon, men's treatments, and eyelash extensions. A special treatment room provides a retreat for couples where they can indulge in treatments including massage instruction, which can be added to a side-by-side massage. The spa also has Vichy shower facilities, which are incorporated into all body therapy services. Pilates and yoga classes are offered and packages are available as well. Corporate and chair massage services can be arranged for events.Location

From the moment I came in, the front desk staff was friendly and warm. The robe was pre-warmed which was just delicious, and the towels were soft without being worn. I had a lovely massage and was shown this terrific rooftop sun deck. I could have stayed all day; so peaceful. Immediately bought a gift card for my friend's birthday and will definitely be back.

I have been seeing Clara for over 5 years now and will follow her wherever she goes. All of my life my nose was riddled w/blackheads that no other facialist could seem to remove. My first visit w/Clara, I left w/a perfectly clear nose. I saw her every six to eight weeks for maintenance and was never happier. Clara is also excellent at waxing! Last year I moved to MA and my skin went on a rampage. Acne like never before. I searched for 8 months for a facialist out here to no avail. I finally called Clara and told her I was coming down just to see her. Within 2 months my skin is back to beautiful! I have never meant a facialist so caring and knowledgeable, and I am a skeptic. I have to admit to not being the easiest client. I rarely took her advice. After my skin went on a rampage, I gave myself over to Clara's recommendations and have not one regret. If you have problem skin, go see Clara. She is fantastic! - SD

I am planning a Spa Day in celebration of my friends upcoming wedding. Eight women in total. Oasis advertises parties as an option so I thought it would be a great fit. I gathered the services the group wants and forwarded to the Spa party coordinator in a very organized spreadsheet and note. She doesn't check her e-mail. She is very hard to get on the phone and when she does read the e-mail she misses key things like the desired start time. She tells me to call on a specific day and when I do, I'm told she is off. I got so fed up I took the business else where!

If you are thinking about getting a Brazilian you have to go here and ask for Clara. She is so good at what she does. I will never go to anyone else besides her!

I bought a package for my parents' wedding as a day of pampering and the lady in the front desk helped me choose the right package. When my parents went they told me the receptionist was very rude which i was a bit ashamed because i had told them that this was one of the best spas in westchester. But overall they loved the spa and def said they would recommend it to anyone!

OasisSpa in Dobbs ferry is an excellent spot if you want excellent service, knowledgeable staff and excellent massages. One particular Masseuse, Veronica is outstanding. Please don't run out out and book her now, then she will never be available LOL. Veronica gives an amazing deep tissue massage.

I have visited other Westchester Spas since I last reviewed Oasis and have realized that Oasis deserves a higher rating than I originally gave it. I am baffled that some spas have a rating of 4.5 stars despite amenities and services that are not nearly as nice as Oasis.
I have also realized that other spas I have visited have chaotic receptions as well and do not always call you back (the one thing that bothered me at Oasis) . Among the spas I have visited, Oasis definitely has the best locker room, showers and lounge and I have not had a better massage anywhere. After trying several places that are closer to my home, I have decided that my search is over. I will only go to Oasis from now on. It's worth the trek.

I was looking for a relaxing spa to take my mother during her visit here. After reading the negative reviews, I was hesitant, but still decided to call. The receptionist was busy, but promised to call right back. I waited in vain for a call. I gave up and looked for a different spa. In the end however, I decided to give Oasis another call, because I wanted a spa with a steam room and a lounge. Three phone calls later, I managed to get an appointment.
We enjoyed the tea and lemon water in the lounge and had wonderful massages by Katie and Laura (both very pleasant, skilled and intuitive) followed by a realaxing steam in the empty steam room. It's a good spa, once you get past the chaotic, understaffed reception.

Me and my friend had a pedicure here today. First off, the you literally sit on a bench couch that has nooo massage option. Second, they put your feet in a basin with NO jets! Third, they were extremely rude!.......horrible horrible horrible. i was literally in tears when I left because I felt so ripped off.... $60 for a wash basin pedicure with no leg massage, no back massage and no foot massage.....worst experience ever.

I booked a gift certificate for my mother as a treat. My mother had never been to a spa before. When I made the appointment for her, I specifically asked for a female therapist as my mother would have been uncomfortable with a male. When my mom checked in, she was told her therapist would be a man, even though I had asked for a female. My mom said she would do a treatment with a woman. There were none available. The spa proceeded to charge her anyways despite the fact that my mom left without having had a treatment! Overall bad experience. I tried calling a few days later to reverse the charge but I was denied.

not very relaxing. impossible to find. lobby/entrance is not soothing. relaxation room is too big and the couches are very umcomfortable. the roof top is great at first until you hear the traffic and realize you are breathing car fumes. staff is not that good, some quite rude.

The atmosphere is so peaceful that all your cares of the day just float out the doors as you enter and the staff is so pleasant - the facility is beautiful and clean I highly recommend this spa - its location is great also right off the parkway -
