  • About Nicci Debro Spa and Salon

    Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, in the Nationwide Arena district, the Nicci Debro Spa describes itself as a medical spa "where beauty and relaxation meet." The 4,432-square-foot medical spa has a contemporary design with an outdoor patio for summer spa parties and a relaxation room where clients can hold special events. There are also eight treatment rooms that are all available for dual services.

    The spa offers a variety of services performed by licensed professionals and a medical doctor. Services include massage, facial treatments, hair care, manicures, pedicures, specialized beauty services such as eyelash tinting, eyelash additions, and eyebrow tinting, and waxing.

    Clients can add specialty facial masks to facial services along with lip and eye treatments, and a Blue Ocean Rain Moisture Pack, and a French finish to manicures and pedicures. Many treatments include a choice of aromatherapy such as lavender aphrodisiac, geranium sage, and green tea mint. Hair care services are performed according to hair type using Eufora skin care products, and relaxation services are based on the client's mood. A number of services are targeted to relieving stress and feature back and body treatments, which may include massages, body scrubs, and algae or clay masks. Botox® and skin tightening is also available. After services are performed, the spa provides clients with a home care program.

    One of Nicci Debro's signature services is the Experience Facial, which features a foot soak, a hand and arm massage, a personal skin analysis, a facial steam, exfoliation, mask, and extraction, a choice of eye, lip, or hand treatment, and a scalp massage. A number of packages are offered including the Renew Couple's Package, which includes an Aqua Spa Manicure, Aqua Spa pedicure, a Renew Deep Cleansing Facial, an Aqua Glow Body Smoother, Earth Stone Therapy, and a Blue Ocean Rain Moisture Pack, along with complimentary hors d'oeuvres.

    Clients can attend seminars to learn about the latest styles and beauty trends and take advantage of the spa's complimentary concierge service, which will book movies and dinner reservations for them.

Freedom Alliance - A military Charity - hosted a day out for some wives, mothers and sisters of deployed soldiers at this spa. They were treated like royalty and I'm so glad I chose such a place. The families truly got a day out to take their mind off the deployment. Thank you Nicci Debro!

I love going to this spa. I find the staff to be very friendly and eager to do a great job. The hot stone massage is amazing as are the nail services! I love the convenience right in the Arena District. I would recommend to anyone looking to relax!

When setting up my massage appointment, I was reassured by the receptionist that I would be receiving a massage by a Licensed Massage Therapist. After discussing problem areas with my "therapist," I discovered they were a "Technician." LMT's receive over 750 hours of course work and are licensed by the state medical board. After researching, I believe that Technicians are not state licensed and do only a basic portion of coursework. I felt like i was at the races as the technician speedily train wrecked through the massage. Never have I had a massage that I wanted to stop however, this 60 minutes of "massage" was well overdue to stop! The music during the massage was very upbeat, loud and not relaxing. I also received a pedicure while I was at the spa. My toe nails AND cuticles were painted when I left. On a positive note, the staff was friendly. It was a clean place and very nicely decorated.

I received a gift card and the closest one was this spa. I drove downtown and when I got there, no one was at the front desk and I stood there for over 5 minutes before someone greeted me. I gave them my information and they had no record of my appointment. She did try to see if she could get me in...of course she couldn't - offered to reschedule but then didn't offer me anything for the inconvenience - just basically said sorry. I had booked online and had my booking number but they said "oh yeah, there are some issues with online appointment"...so I will never go back or recommend

I received a gift card for my birthday, and was a bit skeptical, because of some of the reviews, but i was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, The staff was friendly, Dipa gave me an awesome facial I felt brand new. Melene did an amazing job on my feet they've been in boots for the past several months. overall great experience I will recommend it to friends.

I took my daughter for her birthday and we had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so helpful and truly cared that we had the best expereince. When I first called in, they said they were pretty full, but after telling them it was for my daughter's birthday, Nicole made it happen!! That is called GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had an AWESOME massage and a great pedi and mani too!! The entire staff is wonderful and I would recommend this spa to anyone!! Thanks again!

To be fair I went on a weekday evening and so it felt like the place was basically closed. I had a mani and pedi. The staffperson did a good job and was friendly. The space itself, however, feels a bit old, dated and dusty/dirty. Not the lux experience I was hoping for.
