The spacious rooms offer a sleek yet comfortable environment, styled in warm, earthy tones complemented by thuja- and lemon-wood furnishings. The grand Sofitel and Prestige Suites include Wi-Fi access and cable TV, and guests are offered a complimentary tray of Moroccan patries. The Prestige also has a separate living room.

The hotel has three restaurants: L'Arganier, Cote Plage, and Ailen. L'Arganier offers a variety of innovative French and international cuisine in an elegant setting, with wrought-iron lamps, shiny terra-cotta floors, and a colorful fountain. Low-calorie dishes prepared with local produce are also available. Ailen's menu is Moroccan, and includes regionally inspired dishes. The restaurant's lively ambiance is complemented by Gnaoua music in the evenings. Cote Plage takes note of its seaside surroundings, serving guests fresh Mediterranean and seafood dishes. Kosher, vegetarian, and vegan options are available upon request.

The center of the hotel's leisure activities is its spacious outdoor swimming pool, heated at 24° C, located in the hotel courtyard, bordered by palm trees. Several water sports are available nearby for guests wanting to burn off some energy while taking advantage of the seaside resort's locale, and the hotel boasts a private beach (towels are available for guest use.)
