Everyone could use little tweaks for improvement!
It was a little smaller than the Spa's i usually attend, but it made it more upfront and personable, because I had a great time with my service technician laughing and joking about life in general. But I am also used to walking into soft fragrances or aromatherapy scents when i enter a Spa, but wasnt the case here. It seems to relax you more. Also i would have appreaciated more time with the scrub part of my pedi since i paid the ($25 difference from the regular pedi especially for that). It was rub on rub off kinda thing. I thought it was supposed to be more of an exfoliation process but i could have been mistaken. No i didnt think to ask because it happended so quick. Some food for thought: implement some pleasant sounds & scents and a little more time with the amenities of a $45 pedi :), this wont deter me from trying this Spa again possibly for a different service.

No return communication!
I had several issues with my appointments. No one returns messages, voice mails, or even two emails I have sent. I had appointments (Tracy) changed because of supplies not being in and I only found out by calling there to ask about how long to wait before I tan....she changed my appointment from the 26th to the 3rd of Oct because supplies would have been in then. She pushed my tan to Sat the 6th because of needing time to detox...however I never received the right appointment reminders and I emailed, called, and nothing. On Oct 3rd I called and no one answered so I gave it a few minutes and called back around time of appointment (I am next door). Finally spoke to Channel and told her that I spoke to someone (her) yesterday and she was going to talk to Tracy and confirm if she got the supplies and if I am still coming in since Channel did not see my appointment that Tracy made (changed)....No one called me back!!!!!! So when I talk to her again on the day of my new appointment Oct 3rd., she was calling Tracy but no answer from her to Channel either. Channel told me that Tracy wasn't even there! How was I to have an appointment when she wasn't there? This place has no management and very unorganized!
I agree with Kathleen. We have since parted ways with Tracy. Customer service is our number one priority at Pamper Me. Unfortunately, there were numerous miscommunications between Tracy and Kathleen. Tracy advised that she was returning the calls and emails that I personally gave her from Kathleen. I accept full responsibility for the unsatisfactory service that Kathleen received from Tracy. I believe she was initially happy with her first spray tan. Once she got past all the confusion with her appts. w/ Tracy, she did receive a second spray tan from Charlotte. According to Charlotte, she seemed satisfied and was very nice during her appt. I hope that Kathleen will accept my personal apology and will give us a chance to earn back her trust and business. We are in business to provide a spa that everyone feels like they have received the best service in town, are a little less stressed, and even laughed a little while they were there.
