I will return
Yesterday was my first time to this business. I was treated very well by the staff and found them to be very knowledgeable. When they were finished I was relaxed and feeling great. I want to return again soon

Worst Swedish Massage EVER!!!!!!
I went to Sinless Skin today for a swedish massage and everything about it was awful. The woman Barbara started off not asking one thing about me such as injuries, trouble areas, or pressure likes. This woman wore jewlery and had long enough nails that scratched and caused pain throughout my so called massage. The entire massage was so uncomfortable, it felt like she used a teaspoon of oil or less while erratically rubbing on me. This so called massage therapist wasted 20-30 min of my massage rubbing my arms and hands, or doing random chopping and patting while covered with a thin sheet. Then 45 min into the massage she realizes when I roll over that the face piece wasnt in place so she had to stop the whole massage and attach it to the table. So wrong!!! 50 min into my 60 min massage she finally got to my back, my main tension and trouble area, and did very little massage with some chopping and tapping again.. This was an absolute waste of $80 plus tip. I should of talked to the owner on the way out but I was soooo irritated that I just paid and left... Please dont waste your money on this place.....WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!

We have refunded you the $29 you spent above the SpaFinder card, and will provide you with a Sinless Skin gift card for the $50 of the SpaFinder card, which you can use towards future services. According to your profile you have had eyebrow shaping with us several times in the past. I would imagine that if you have had eyebrow services repeatedly, you would find them acceptable, regardless of your perception about the massage. Personally, I feel very disappointed that we have this situation. Perhaps I lived in a dream that we would never receive a negative review, and this one is extremely negative. I would have wanted every client to be totally satisfied with the services they have at Sinless Skin, but I do not mind that we fail from time to time. In your case we failed in the massage, but then again probably not on the previous services you have had. Everyone fails at some point. What is important is that we make it right by the person we failed, and take measures each time to learn and ensure it does not happen again. In this case, we find out one month after your service, and have a public perception issue as well, which I feel is excessive punishment for our shortcoming, given our intentions. We do not control you, or what may come from this review, but we do control what we do, and we will not resent you in any way for your opinion, nor will we accept to receive payment from you for the service you disliked.

I was looking for a place to have my facials done for my upcoming wedding. I did find the place and found a support system in Sinless Skin. Very professional, very educated, and a well of information and experience. Love them, love their care and customer service. It is now a way of life and a needed service to my skin. Highly recommended for all and any skin care.

Sinless skin is now the only place I will go for my skin care needs. They are amazing!
