    The Spa Ritual describes itself as "your path to rejuvenation" through therapies and treatments inspired by ancient practices of health and wellness from Southeast Asia. The spa wants to provide clients with a restful, exotic haven where stress melts away. All therapies and treatments are designed to enhance the path to personal revitalization by restoring the body and mind with fortifying treatments. Clients are invited to unwind in private spaces such as the Royal Thai Suite with its aromatherapy steam and showers, and the Lotus Garden, a social spa-ing area for up to eight clients, friends or family. The spa's rituals and experiences can be enjoyed as couples or groups by selecting from the Tea Ceremony Room, Bali Sanctuary, or Couples' Rooms. Offerings include a wide variety of spa services including Asian-inspired massage and body treatment rituals, facials and aesthetic treatments. The Spa Ritual also provides unique treatment menus for teens, expectant mothers, men, and groups.

The Spa Ritual has such a relaxing atmosphere overall and their choice of products are amazing. I even bought some addiitonal products to take home and enjoy every minute of them, although it is a constant reminder of how much I need to go back lol. I would highly recommend their massage services as I have experienced multiple types and enjoy myself each and every time! I also adore their tea room, definitely i nice touch and the tea selection is always appealing!

A great spa to go to relax

I've been here a couple times. The atmosphere was always relaxing and the staff are very nice. I've only ever gotten massages and they always do a great job at making my muscles feel more relaxed afterwards. The massage therapists are knowledgable and explain everything before they begin your treatment. One complaint though is that their computer system is rather buggy. I have yet to have a booking where the computer system hasn't screwed something up. But they are always more than willing to go out of their way to sort out the problem when it is brought to their attention.

I went to the spa in December 2010 to have a Pedicure with a friend. It was a great environment and a wonderful pedicure!! I will definately return to the spa for future visits and would recommend it to anyone who asked.

We are delighted to introduce Dr. Kannin Osei-Tutu (MD), (MSc.), (CCFP), a graduate of Dalhousie University Medical School who completed his residency training in family medicine at the University of Toronto. He has 3 years of training in plastic surgery and works primarily at Foothills Medical Centre as a Hospitalist, where he provides acute medical care to inpatients. He maintains a strong interest in cosmetic medicine and brings a keen eye and unique skill set to our team. Dr. Osei-Tutu will be at The Spa Ritual select Fridays from 1:30pm- 5:30pm, starting September 21st. He will be providing Botox™ and Filler treatments.
