Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa- Winter Springs

My father recently used the gift card I gave him for Father's Day and said it was the best massage he has ever had. The therapist explained everything to him and he felt better than he had in years. He loved the massage so much that he made an appointment for me and my mom with the same therapist. After I went to her (Amanda), I told all my friends. She was the best. I haven't slept so well in a long time. I will be going back again very soon! My mom had the same experience. Although the 3 of us had different types of massages, the therapist was able to address all of our aches and pains. She was very, very skilled and talented!

My husband gave me a gift card for Valentine's Day and I had a great massage from Nathan. He was amazing, very therapeutic! I did decide to purchase the membership. I don't think there is a better deal when it comes to getting regular massages.

Wow! My husband surprised me on my birthday by booking an 80 minute relaxation massage with the hot towel foot treatment. It had been awhile since my last massage, so I was very excited. The whole experience was wonderful. The front desk staff were very friendly in welcoming me to the spa. The massage was amazing! The therapist was very attentive to the areas where I requested special focus and made sure I was completely relaxed. I never knew that an hour and a half could go so quickly. I certainly felt like I had a nice escape from normal day-to-day responsibilities and got some well needed "me-time". I will definitely be back soon for another massage and will try the facial next time too.

Joined the monthly club. On the 1st visit they shorted me 10 -15 minutes. After the mesaage I was then informed of extra fees. I called the next day to cancel my membership and was advised a manager would call right away. That was 5 days ago.

I heard about the introductory offers and decideed to check it out. Everything was very wonderful! The atmosphere is really tranquill and it smells great in there too. I had the hot stone massage which was my first time having that type of massage. It was amazing! I felt great and recommend it to everyone! Then there was the facial! I was sort of nervous since I never had a facial either but OMG I loved it. It was very informative and relaxing. Their products made me look fresh and radiance. There is only one conclusion-Everone should go!

I've had their facial and their massage and they are awesome! I am siging up to become a member so I can get a facial or massage a month. Relaxation is healthy.

I decided to join as a member during my very first visit. I have been a memeber since last year and go at least twice a month without fail as it is the best investment I can make in myself. I have degenerative disc disease and suffer horrible back and leg pains with muscle spasms that are overwhelming. The massages I get have been much more effective than the epidural steroid injections. I am now preparing for major surgery after so many years of pain. Hand and Stone will be part of my recovery plan. The staff is not only courteous and professional but knowledgeable. I have had every treatment available and can't say enough about how wonderful this spa is. If you have special needs you need to speak up and let them know in advance as well as during the treatment. You can't expect them to know how to handle your issues if you don't convey them. I found out in advance that they could help me with my back issues without causing more problems and they were correct. Each time I go the experience is as wonderful as the first. If you are looking for a great experience, fabulous treatment and exceptional skills, then this is the place to go. Plan on doing nothing after a massage as the relaxation is so complete you feel like you need to be poured in a bucket and carried out! Heaven on Earth!!!! I have even fallen asleep during the facials as they too are not only beneficial for your skin but so relaxing that it is a full body experience!

I visited here with my elderly mother and the staff was very rude to her. We were on time for her appointment and they took in two other customers who walked in much later. We had to wait almost an hour before they got to us. The staff spoke about my mother as if she was not in the room and she ended up in tears. This place has alot to learn about customer service. Will never return.

I mentioned while making the appointment that my husband had cancer and massages provide him with great relief. They waited until the time of appointment to tell my husband he couldn't have a massage without a doctor's release even though he offered to sign a release of liability. This caused him much embarrasment and dismay. The manager and employees of this store lacked any kind of compassion for my husband. We did not have to disclose his illness and they used the infomration in a hurtful way. If this was a store policy it should have been made known when making the appointment so my husbnad did not have to make the trip across town to get there. Complete unprofessionalism.

Been to many spas, but this one stood out. Very relaxing massage and facial. Front desk very helpful - definitely will return!

I had the best massage and facial ever. Not only was the staff helpful, from the front desk to the therapists the spa itself was very clean. I will definately go back and would recommend to anyone.
