I received gift certificates for Christmas and chose this spa because of the great reviews. I went to the livermore location on 4th street and when I pulled up I was concerned I was at the wrong place. The location looks like somebody's house and upon walking in, was about the same. The lobby had a fireplace which was nice but overall the atmosphere felt like a cheap nail salon. The staff was courteous and offered me tea or water while I was waiting which was nice but overall the location was not a very inviting, warm or welcoming feeling. I received my massage and was very pleased with the massage and my therapist Katie. Afterwards though when I went to pay she tried to charge me $10 more than what I was quoted. I told her what the correct price was and she told me I was wrong and I told her what it was online and what they also quoted me on the phone. She finally gave me the correct price but I was dissappointed at that point and did not want to return. I am not one to want to haggle a price so this made me feel very uncomfortable.
Nice place but not worth the money.

We always appreciate feedback, we believe is the best way to learn. A lot of business in Livermore are homes converted into commercial property and that's part of the charm of Livermore downtown area. Almost all the business surrounding us are converted houses. As a matter of fact, the city won't let you change many of the houses as part of their conservation efforts.
We have received great feedback from everyone of our customers regarding our building, after all is a beautiful Victorian house from 1912, they liked the white leather furniture, the bench style glass bowl pedicure chairs (American made), the custom lighting, the burning fireplace, the Italian custom tile and of course the six exclusive parking spots for our customers.
We are sorry that you didn't find any of those features appealing. We sincerely have put every effort to satisfy our customers, but we also understand that everybody has their own opinion, and we absolutely respect that.
