Ok I went to the Greentree to get a facial. I was referred by one of my friends who received a facial by Thasha. So I get there and they have me scheduled with another Esthetician named Courtney. She was the worse ever. The room was nasty. There was wax on the floor and dust everywhere. Somebody need to call the Cosmotology board on them. So I received a brow wax as well a d noticed that she double dipped each and every time. The next day I broke out and went to my dermatologist and he said it was definitely from the contaminated wax. Oh and they use the same wax to do Brazilians as well. To bad I couldn't enjoy a facial by Thasha like my friend, but come to find out she's not working there anymore. WOW!! so if anybody has her number or whereabouts please leave a comment. I heard she was the best up there.

We at the Greentree strive to meet our clients needs and handle any request for a speicific therapist. If you call in and ask for a particular member of our staff we will schedule you with your request. Our client rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and are kept above the industry standards. As with all our clients, if this person had expressed dissatisifaction to management, we would have made ever effort to correct any issues with their service or staff member. However, this client did not give The Greentree an opportunity to correct the issue. Our esthticians abide by very strict State guidelines and we use only the highest quality wax. The Cosmotology Board has been to The Greentree and has given us an "A" rating. It is our goal to excel in customer satisfaction and we work hard to ensure each client recieves the best possible service. We are sorry this client chose to express their dissatisfication in this manner.

I have been going to the GT for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I always get the best service and treatments there. The Staff is very professional and the therapist's are top notch!! Matter of fact I have had the same therapist there for almost 10 years. I had one issue with a gift card from a previous owner but the new Owner "Angela" told me no problem and I was able to use my card. She was very professional about the situation and I could tell she sincerly cared about making sure I was happy! You will be too if you give them a try!

I recently moved to the area and was told by some of my friends the best Spa in town was the Greentree. So I made an appointment for a massage. I was greeted very warmly and asked if I wanted anything to drink before my appointment. My appoint started on time and my therapist was extremely good and very professional. All in all my experience was one of the best ever at a Spa. I will certainly be back and recommend them highly.
