Elements Therapeutic Massage Gilbert focuses on relaxation, deep-tissue, and prenatal massages and takes a, "calm and therapeutic approach to massage and healing with emphasis on excellent client service." The spa's reception area has a dark chocolate and light blue color scheme with velvet decor and chandeliers adding to the spa's upscale atmosphere. Clients can also hear the sound of spa music and the sound of trickling water in the background. There are six treatment rooms with velvet tufted seating in the 1,849-square-foot spa including a unique prenatal room for expectant mothers with a special cutout table for their massages. Membership rates and discounted prices are available and clients can unwind with a bottle of water or hot tea.

I received two gift cards from my work to elements as a prize from one of our event. I decided to give them to my sister for her 40th birthday. I made an appointment for an hour massage. I was never told that my sister would need to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. She got there a couple minutes late and was told that she would only get a 30 min massage, because she was late. Despite the fact that I paid extra for her to get an hour so she could go with her husband for a "couples" massage and the office was practically empty. No refund was offered. I called the manager practically every day, only to be told they were "unavailable". The manager did call once, but I missed it and I haven't been able to reach them since. My sister's birthday present was ruined and I still haven't gotten to talk to a manager or get a refund a week later. I'm NEVER going to an Elements again!!!

Make sure you ask for the massage you really want bc they pair you with the one that fits your style. If you want something deep, you need to tell them on the phone. They have like 15 of them there so they all do something different. They'll match you with the right one, kinda like a blind date gone right :)!

Not a huge massage person to start out, but just suffered from a major shoulder injury after playing ball and went in to get a sports massage. There's someone there that focuses on the sports therapy and she was really good and helped me get some release. I've got the other guys on the team going to see her now. They really make sure you're put back together over there. I like the program there.. it's the only one that doesn't make you sign a contract for a year. I know everyone there by name now and they know me by name too. Thanks ladies for helping me out when I needed it. I hope my review helps you guys out too.

Didnt love my experience. Had a mediocre therapist, the front room was small and poorly decorated. I felt like I was at my grandmother's cottage. The temperature was freezing, i was pushed into purchasing a membership by the owner who introduced herself to me. When I come out of an okay (at best) massage, I dont want to be persuaded into spending 59 bucks a month. Most likely wont go back.

Also, as an owners, we do pride ourselves on excellent customer service. LOVED elements. I went for my first time yesterday after finding them here on Spafinder. Comfortable and relaxing inside, the front desk is helpful and friendly, and the therapist I had, Alison, was awesome. Great deep tissue work. Can't wait to go back.

From the moment I walked into Elements, I felt relaxed and pampered. The receptionist was very polite and offered me a beverage while I sat in the relaxing waiting area. The decor was beautiful, the music was calming, it even smelled great! My therapist took me back, asked me the areas I wanted worked on and got a detailed idea of what I needed from my massage. The massage was amazing! My therapist worked on all my problem areas and seemed like she had a lot of experience. I signed up for the membership as I left- a massage once a month for a HUGELY discounted rate. I highly recommend Elements.

The atmosphere is just so friendly, Zen and very professional. I usually just do a basic, aromatherapy massage but see they have a cool table to accommodate pregnant ladies' tummy and chest.

I found Elements through spa finder. I chose them because they were close to me and because they accept Spa finder gift cards. When my massage therapist took me into the massage room he asked me what I was looking for in massage, what areas needed specific work and any areas that I would not like worked. He made sure he had a detailed idea of the massage I wanted. The massage was exactly what I was looking for. It was nice to get a massage tailored to my needs. I'm looking forward to going back there.

I had been suffering for days with a horrible headache and a really bad stiff neck. My friend suggested I get a massage, but I don’t like the rubbing feeling. So my friend finally talked me into a massage, she recommended Elements. I contacted them and told them my head and neck problems and they recommended cranial sacral therapy. My therapist explained that I would remain fully clothed and that she would only be holding specific locations on my head and sacrum, using very light pressure. Almost from the moment the massage began I felt relaxed, calm and less stressed. When it was over my headaches was gone and I had much greater movement in my neck. I am sold. I will receive cranial sacral therapy again.

I love this place! What a beautiful and relaxing environment. The best massage I have ever had...and I've had a lot! They also have a really great membership program if you enjoy a massage but are on a budget. I highly recommend it!

What a soothing environment. For the great deal I received I wasn’t expecting to find such a personalized service and beautiful décor. The second I walked in the door they were offering me beverages and desserts! Then I received the perfect prenatal massage from Jen!!! After my great experience I’m thinking about becoming a member. Out of all the local spas around here this is the best bang for my buck!

Excellent service! I was surprised by how upscale the spa was. I felt very comfortable and relaxed from the moment I entered. Everyone was very nice and it was a really refreshing experience. I cant wait for my next massage :)
