I went for my first massage and was surprised that the massage room is right next to the front desk area, but is not soundproof! It was VERY noisy during the entire massage. I could literally hear what the front desk people were talking about & every time they busted into laughter. The noise was so distracting that I couldn't enjoy my massage! Not a relaxing experience. I went to the front desk to check out afterward, and all of the girls were just crowded around the desk socializing (which is clearly where the noise was coming from). Several of them looked at me standing there, but no one even acknowledged me until I said "Excuse me, I need to check out." The girl closest to me asked someone else to do it... they seemed annoyed that I interrupted their social hour. I will not be returning!

Went for a mani/pedi...... Nails and toenails look horrible! Was there for 3 hours and very unhappy with the result. Total waste of my afternoon. Just had it done today, already have to take polish off. Very disappointed!

I used a Groupon for a mani/pedi and the lady seemed REALLY inexperienced. She was very slow & my nails do not look good! She got polish on every finger she painted, so it took an eternity for her to clean each one up. She didn't even cover the entire toenail on several toes & did not trim my cuticles. She even spilled some polish remover on my toes after painting them. The mani/pedi area is crammed in the back of the building right next to the staff break room apparently - because staff went in & out the entire time I was there. The pedicure chair was making a terrible loud noise as if it were broken. Not very relaxing at all! Seemed a little "ghetto." If you're looking for a relaxing or quality mani/pedi, I would not recommend this place!!!

Got a groupon and decided to try this place out (I have been going to the same lady for years so was very hesitant) I should of listened to my gut instinct and stayed away! The first girl butchered my hair and then I was a total idiot and went back to have it fixed by a different stylist and she made it worse than the first girl! Will NEVER go back!!

This was the best experience. I had my hair done by Ashley Vincent. She was unbelievable awesome!!! She fixed something that another salon messed up. I will be coming back to see her soon.

Rejuvenation Ranch far exceded my expectations! I went in for a massage and facial and left feeling relaxed and well taken care of! The front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful and the rest of the staff is wonderful as well! The atmosphere is relaxing and has that small town feel. I will definitely be back!! I visited Rejuvenation Ranch for a manicure/pedicure. Although I had made the appointment the day before, my appointment was not in the books. After a minute or two of not quite knowing what was going to happen, a friendly nail tech offered to do my services. The pedicure was relaxing, and my nails looked very pretty after the manicure. Rejuvenation Ranch is located in Crowley, and it has that cozy "small town" feeling to it. If you live in the area, I think it's worth a visit.

Love the boutique in the front lobby! The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The new location is beautiful. My favorite place to get everything done.

Had massages and color, cut with style. Found the staff very helpful and eager to answer my questions. I was happy with my hair and will use this spa more frequently because of the great service and the for the value I received. I saved a significant amount of money compared to previous places I have visited.

I was scheduled for a Specialty Pedicure and it was nothing short of horrible. My appointment started out by the young lady turning on the water and completely soaking me with it. She was supposed to put a mask on my legs which she did, but didn't know exactly what to do with it so she sat their and read the directions left it on my legs no more than a minute and wiped only 75% off my legs. She went on to place my feet in parafin wax and leave about 20% on my feet. 3 of my toe nails weren't polished, and the rest a small child could have done a better job painting. She blammed the nail polish, saying that it was thin. Last but not least when asked if I was going to get a manicure like planned I said no, and was I asked if something was wrong? No, she said ok. When I went to pay (i had a gift card or WOULDN'T have been there) I was told that I could be offered a new card for the remaining balance I said no that I wouldn't be back, neither the manager, young lady that did my pedicure or the receptionist asked if there was a problem. After leaving I went to another nail salon and got a REAL pedicure and had them remove the mask STIILL on my legs and wax left on my feet. I will NOT recommend this shop to anyone!

Everyone at the spa is friendly and do a great job. I have my hair done on a regular basis here, plus I have had the facial and massages. I have never had a bad experience.

my husband got me a gift certificate for my birthday. I had a massage and facial, both were wonderful! I was able to relax with a glass of wine in between, and everyone was very friendly! And the new building is beautiful! I will definitely be back!

My friend called to set up an appt for us both two weeks in advance. When I get there they only had my appt booked and could not fit her in because they were short staffed. (When she is the one that set the appt under her name) Unfortunately for them they lost two customers and from the looks of previous ratings they have lost a few more. They definitley need to get their act together if they continue to run a business.

Three different appointments for three different things. Twice the scheduled employee wasn't there and nobody bothered to call and tell me before I rearranged my day and booked a babysitter or left work early, and the other time the employee was 30 minutes late getting there. I will never go here again. What's more, when I have expressed my displeasure, I'm met with an uncaring "sorry." I have never dealt with a business that was so unprofessional before. I definitely would NOT recommend this salon to anyone.

I love this spa, but only go for the massages. I'll never go anywhere else as long as my two favorite massage therapists are here. They know what they're doing and I feel great afterwards!

RUDE RUDE RUDE FRONT STAFF. I bought this spa package and called to make an appt. After being rudely asked to wait for a few minutes, i was able to schedule my appt. They day of the appt, i reached 15 min early only to be told by the front staff girls that they were too busy to see me. they had a few walk ins that were running behind and if i could reschedule. I did not want to reschedule since I took half a day off work to use my spa package, but they said they had limited spots for people trying to use the spa package, but i was a new cash client they could accept me. this while 2 stylists were standing around doing nothing. I stormed out. I would not recommend this money hungry spa to anyone.

I have visited this spa for several massages and a couple of facials. I enjoy the experience every time I go! The staff is friendly. They listen to what you want to get out of your spa experience and do their best to deliver.
