I had a chance to visit this place on few occasions and loved every minute of it!! I must say that it is a Fort Lees' little precious jem, because it is one of the kind places for NJ. I had my nails massage and a facial done there and was treated like a queen. Service and staff are immaculate. Once, i visited the place during their renovation and still was able to have a very enjoyable time with my girlfriend. Front staff is very caring and were able to help me with everything i needed. Defenitaly an A++++ experience. Manager is a lovely Russian lady who will meet all of your needs with her experienced advice. Oh yeah, and now since they have renovated the place it is unbelievable, very stylish. Must see!!!

The reception staff is very rude, they looked me up and down when I walked in the door and were very short and snippy with me, when checking out they again were very unfriendly and were actually talking badly about other clients while I was still paying. I feel more welcome at 5 star spas in NYC then I would here. The pedicure was the worst, it took her longer to paint my nails then it did for the rest of the pedicure (25min) it was just regular red nail polish, I was so frustrated I almost grabbed the brush from her to paint them myself, the chair is very uncomfortable my back actually hurt afterward. I also heard one other client screaming at the manager while getting my service done (I think the reception staff forgot about her). Haircuts are ok, but everyone seems very frazzled in the salon. Overall not a good place to spend money for a relaxing or good experience.

I've been twice to the Spa and I will be heading over for my 3rd visit this Saturday. I have to say overall the staff are very professional and know how to make you feel comfortable. I will be bringing in my mother this time around, and I have recommended the Spa to several friends and family members not just for the massages but for the facials as well.Keep up the great work!From a very satisfied customer.Thank You,Letty

Massage Therapy by Laura at Salon/Spa 5 has helped me immensely!I am posting this in case there is someone out there like me who can benefit like I did.Also because I would like to publicly THANK Laura.In the early 90?s I suffered from connective tissue disease, an autoimmune disease where my immune system attacked my joints. My disease has been in remission for over 15 years, thank God, but my body still had remnants of stiffness.I used to go for massage with Laura at Salon /Spa5 every couple of months or so. A few months ago Laura suggested intensive treatment. She said she could work on my muscles which are attached to my connective tissues, and if done in successive frequent sessions, I could see results due to muscle memory. I am a skeptic by nature, but trusted Laura because of her medical background- she had medical training prior to coming to the US.I decided to try it. I immediately saw results which prompted me to contact my rheumatologist. He confirmed that the massage treatment could indeed help me and gave me a prescription.I knew it was effective because I felt so much better even going up and down the stairs in my townhome. However, if there was even the slightest of doubt, it got erased the minute I went on the tennis court. I was stunned!! I had not played this way in over 15 years. I could move around without feeling like I was carrying weights. I came to this spa right before my daughters wedding. I wanted to get a facial and eyelash extentions so maybe I could send my daughter there as well. Nikole did both services and was very knowledgeable of her services. My lashes looked great. I am definitely going to keep them on they are addiciting! My skin was glowing and I am definitely going to send my daughter there for her big day!

i came to this spa because i wanted to clear up my skin. Since i heard they are one of the best wtih skincare I figured I'd give it a shot. I've had skin problems my whole life and after several dertamtologists i decided to try facials. Well i've had about a million skin peels and da da da. and mandy did such an amazing job it cleared it up a whole lot. i now consistently do facials and use their products. Her prodcut recommendations were great and am extremely happy wtih the results.
