The 9,000-square-foot (836-square-meter) Bliss® Spa has nine treatment rooms, where guests can enjoy the views from the 72nd-floor location. Two treatment rooms are VIP double rooms. Men's and women's locker rooms and lounges have digital lockers, tiled steam showers, saunas, steam rooms, and sink-side soap samples. Clients can unwind with the spa's homemade lemonade and sample goodies from the signature brownie buffet. Services incorporating Bliss® products include massage, body treatments, skin-care treatments, nail care, and waxing, with treatments targeted to men as well as pregnant women, new moms, and brides. A retail area is also available.

All 393 accommodations have city views, while 43 suites also have views of Victoria Harbour. Nicholas Graham and Yasumichi Morita designed different levels of the hotel, so rooms vary from floor to floor, though all incorporate elements of wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Amenities include HDTV, iPod docking stations, CD/DVD players, bathtub LCD TVs with Pay-per-view movies, and high-speed Internet access. The luxurious E-Wow suite has a dining table for eight, an oversized soaking tub, walk-in closets, Swarovski crystal bath features, and an aquarium.
At Kitchen, guests can enjoy views of Victoria Harbour from the wall-to-wall bay windows while dining on Pan-Asian comfort food with an urban twist. At Fire, the hotel's fine-dining restaurant, Chef Michael Poutawa prepares steak and seafood in a trendy setting with a wood-fired oven, open kitchen, and two glass-walled semiprivate rooms.
