Massage Envy strives to make massage available to clients at convenient times and affordable prices in a comfortable setting. The spa's focus is on massages customized to each client's individual needs. Massage Envy offers a variety of massage modalities such as Swedish, deep-tissue, hot stone, trigger point, injury, sports, and prenatal. Services are performed by licensed massage therapists in treatment rooms equipped with a padded massage table with a warming blanket and a chair and shelf for clients' personal belongings. Massage Envy hosts an annual Massage for the Cure event each year by giving clients a free massage on a certain day in exchange for a donation to the Susan G. Komen Phoenix chapter. A membership program including special massage rates is also available.Location

I would never go back to any Massage Envy. Being in my third trimester of pregnancy I decided to treat myself to a massage last weekend (Saturday, 3/23/2013)so I got a 90 minute massage. I arrived 15 minutes early and the staff was nice and welcoming. My masseuse came to get me 15 minutes past my scheduled time because she said the front desk just gave her my paperwork and only gave me a 1 hour massage, but I was charged for 90 minutes. Toward the end of the treatment, I didn't feel well and starting to feel nauseous and started to sweat profusely. I have had many massages in the past and never felt this way before. I figured maybe I was just tired. The staff really pushed the "wellness package" so I signed up for 12 months figuring I could use the massages. The next day, I woke up extremely sore in certain areas that were massaged rigorously. I felt worse than before I had my massage.
I feel bad writing this review since the staff was nice, my doctor ordered me not to get any more massages. I was given the run around to even get a cancellation form. The owner of the Rolling Hills Estates and Glendale location, said she wouldn't let me cancel no matter what even though I sent them a completed cancellation form and doctor's note within 3 business days. That's just absurd. They expect me to pay for something I'm not able to use.

I have had several massages here and have a different person each time and had a great experience each time. They know what they are doing.

I had such a wonderful experience at Tempe Marketplace Massage Envy. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Most of all, my massage therapist was able to melt away every single ounce of tension from head to toe! I love the service and now massage has become affordable and convenient through my membership benefits. I highly reccommend Massage Envy to all who need to destress and want to live a happier and healthier life style.
