    Massage Envy strives to make massage available to clients at convenient times and affordable prices in a comfortable setting. The spa's focus is on massages customized to each client's individual needs. Massage Envy offers a variety of massage modalities such as Swedish, deep-tissue, hot stone, trigger point, injury, sports, and prenatal. Services are performed by licensed massage therapists in treatment rooms equipped with a padded massage table with a warming blanket and a chair and shelf for clients' personal belongings. Massage Envy hosts an annual Massage for the Cure event each year by giving clients a free massage on a certain day in exchange for a donation to the Susan G. Komen Phoenix chapter. A membership program including special massage rates is also available.

I have been to many spas and this is the worst of the worst! I became a member for 6 months, so I did give it a fair try. At the end, I ended up not using the last massage that I paid for because I had such a horrible experience. Some massages were good, some horrible... The facial made me more tense than when I entered. Do NOT use Spafinder gift certificates because they take any remaining balance on the certificate... no spa credit... They take the money and run. Front desk staff were rude and not helpful!

"My left shoulder was giving me trouble, I carry my stress in that area, and she really was great at working out a lot of the knotting but at the same time made it a relaxing experience. Because of this massage I decided to become a member."

From my initial phone call to this clinic to the the moment I left I felt very pampered and was blown away by the low price. The front desk and therapist were very interested in making sure my expectations were met. I'm so glad they now offer facials as it will be my one stop shop for a couple hours of pampering! Highly reccommended!!

"My one requirement was to have someone who would address my need,and Mel was that person. He paid close attention to the information we discussed previous to beginning the massage. I left more than pleased because he not only targeted the areas I needed most, but also, used some techniques that had not been used on me before. It's been 24 hours since the treatment and I'm feeling much better. I look forward to coming back."

I have been going to the same therapist for months. She is very knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable. She is attentive to my needs and provides great follow-up on areas of concern during and after session. She is very friendly. Receptionists at front were very lively, friendly, and had a smile on their face. They were polite and made the visit wonderful.

Upon my first visit to Massage Envy at SanTan, I was not impressed. I went to have a relaxing time and my therpist talked the entire time! It was so annoying and anything but relaxing. Huge waste of money! I do NOT recomend this spa.

I loved my visit to Massage Envy at the San Tan mall, the front desk greeted me and made me feel very comfortable for my first massage. They explained the process and exactly what was going to happen. The therapist addressed my needs and I felt so much better after the massage. I signed up for the membership because it is such a great deal, I have done some research on other prices in the valley and Massage Envy seems to have the great benefits!!

I'm so glad I went into massage envy! They have the cheapest prices around and the massage was great. The front desk girls are really sweet and took the time to ask me what I was looking for and be sure of any medical conditions. This clinic alone has over 40 therapists that each have their own specialities depending on what my body needs. The membership is awesome and is even reimbursed by my health insurance! GO NOW!!!!

The therapists and front desk staff were very friendly from when I first checked in, to the minute I left. They were very informative about the Wellness Program and what they offer. It was a very relaxing experience and I would definately refer anyone to go to this location.

I recently visited this Spa. I had a great expierence the whole time i was there. When I first walked in the staff at the front desk were very wonderful at greeting me, they asked me how I was and sat me down in the relaxation room and offered me a cup of water. They all had smiles on their faces and were very very friendly. I had already felt welcomed. It did not take long for my therapist to come out and introduce herself. I was very suprised that the staff scheduled me for exactly what I needed in a therapist, and I got exactly that. I would recommended my friends and family to this spa. I had a great time. Thank you

I went for what was quoted as a 39.99 massage, however, when I used my spa finder gift certificate it had to be a 50.00 massage and I just lost out on my $11.00. I couldn't even use the 11.00 for a tip. The person doing the massage was talking about their specials and packages during the entire massage, which was anything but relaxing. Not recommended.
