The spa's focus is on massages customized to each client's individual needs. Massage Envy offers a variety of massage modalities such as Swedish, deep-tissue, hot stone, trigger point, injury, sports, and prenatal. Services are performed by licensed massage therapists in treatment rooms equipped with a padded massage table with a warming blanket and a chair and shelf for clients' personal belongings. Massage Envy hosts an annual Massage for the Cure event each year by giving clients a free massage on a certain day in exchange for a donation to the Susan G. Komen Phoenix chapter. Went to this location last night for a massage. My husband gave me a gift card several months ago and I finally decided to use it after my back had been hurting for a few days. My massage therapist was Priscilla, she was amazing! I told her about specific areas on my back that tend to hurt, and she made sure to address those areas. She was very helpful and told me about ways to take care of my back in between massages. I am going back in 2 weeks to receive another massage, and I cant wait!

This place was very warm and welcoming, the staff was friendly and nice. I love the feel of the place, just relaxing. The receptionist asked me a few questions, set me up with a therapist and I was off. I received an extraordinary massage. The therapist was very knowledgeable and strong. She gave me a very deep tissue massage for the first part of my massage, then a nice swedish for the other half. Lots of places you pay different prices for that type of massage, not here! Same price, even have a membership, so I took advantage. I am very happy, have only been in 6 times, but each time has been fantastic.

This was my first massage experience and have at it, a pregnancy massage... I got there, there was about 8 staff members behind the desk all in a conversation about panda express... i waited and finally someone greeted me. During my massage, it was alright and all, but how can I relax when the room next to me sounded like 2 people were getting it on.. and i could hear the other employee's laughing and carrying on in the hallway.. this place was very unproffesional. I spent the money I did and spent for 1.5 hours, was in and out within 1 hour and my back still hurts.. Never will i go back to that place and I will never recommend someone to go there!!!!

My girlfriend told me about Massage Envy, by giving me a Spa Finder gift card. I called in, was able to get a massage convenient to my shcedule. Arrived to a friendly staff that was very customer service oriented. (I only say this because it seems so hard to get in the West Valley) I received my massage, forget my therapists name, but I know he was an employee for over 2 years, so that was something else that made me feel good, experience!! I have to say, it was an awesome massage, so good that I did the membership. I can't wait until my next appointment, this time, I will have to treat my friend. lol.

I was a little skeptical on going to a Massage Envy for a massage but I was plesantly surprised. The girls at the front desk were great, offering me water before my massage and escorted me to another room to relax before my massage. The massage itself was awesome, the music was like model home music but overall pretty relaxing. Very fairly priced for the experience... I loved it!

I visited this location for a massage- that is all they do. There was water for sale, along with other 'trinkety' items at the counter. The front desk greeters were less than pleasant, ignoring me to finish their conversation. I had to let them know that I was there for an appointment. The massage therapist was nice, but the massage was just okay. I had areas that needed more focus, but the pressure was the same throughout the entire massage. I don't believe that I would go back there for a massage, unless I couldn't get in anywhere else.
