About AVIE! Medspa and Laser Center
Located in Leesburg, Virginia, AVIE! (meaning "to life") Medspa and Laser Center was founded by Kim Marinetto, a registered nurse and master aesthetician. The spa has a modern design and strives to provide a relaxing environment for clients.
AVIE! offers medical-grade skin-care services to men and women with the goal of striking a balance between correction and prevention. Staff members want to build a relationship with clients to educate them about caring for their skin. Services include clinical facials, IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) photofacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and sclerotherapy. Laser treatments such as ZERONA™ Body Sculpting Laser treatments, ProFractional Laser Skin Resurfacing, ProLipo Laser Liposuction, ClearToe Laser Toenail Fungus treatment and the MicroLaserPeel™ and ArticPeel™ are performed using a Sciton laser. Botox® Cosmetic, Juvéderm™, Perlane®, Restylane®, Latisse as well as a medically supervised weight-loss program are also available. The spa incorporates the Image skin-care line, Benev Progressive skin-care products, and Youngblood mineral makeup in its treatments.
In addition to Marinetto, Dr. Betsy Vasquez, board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, serves as the spa's medical director. AVIE! is open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and clients can take advantage of complimentary skin consultations offered by the spa.

Betsy Vasquez, MD, received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. She completed a residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and has received training on Botox® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, and sclerotherapy from the Tozzi Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Palm Beach, Florida. Dr. Vasquez has another medical practice, Loudoun Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialists in Sterling, Virginia.

Kim Marinetto, RN, received her medical aesthetics certificate from the Yvonne De Vilar Scientific Skin Care School in Vienna, Virginia, and received training in Botox® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, and sclerotherapy from the Tozzi Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Palm Beach, Florida. Marinetto and has more than 20 years of experience in critical care and recovery and recently turned her focus to cosmetic medicine. She is also a member of the Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses.
