  Located in Delray Beach, Florida, Nourishe Anti-Aging & Skin Rejuvenation uses medical aesthetics based on noninvasive and nonsurgical techniques to provide anti-aging and skin rejuvenation treatments that require minimal downtime. The 1,200-square-foot spa has four treatment rooms and a medical office design.

  Clients are able to customize treatments to their specific needs with the aid of medical aestheticians and nurses who perform a comprehensive skin analysis. Services include Nourishe chemical peels, the Nourishe Kinetic™ Peel, a peel alternative created by Kristin Patten, the spa's founder, and the Nourshe Elixilift™, a nonsurgical liquid face-lift, also created by Patten. Botox®, Juvéderm™, Restylane®, Radiesse®, and Latisse® eyelash growth treatments are also available.

  Medical skin therapies include the Nourishe Medical Facial, a custom deep-cleansing facial for all skin types, in which blackheads, whiteheads, milia, comedones, pustules, and skin debris are taken out with a medical extraction tool, which may benefit those with acne, large pores, oily skin, dry and rough skin, and uneven complexions, Nourishe microdermabrasion, and the Nourishe Aqua Peel, an exfoliation technique that uses sterile water, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that are flushed onto the skin at high pressure to target sensitive, rough, dehydrated, inflamed, and dull skin.

  Nourishe has a line of botanically based Dreamtime Spa Facials that incorporate extractions, microdermabrasion, hydroxy skin renewal, a mild chemical peel, customized mask, and a massage of the face, neck, shoulders, hands, and arms. Dreamtime facials feature ingredients like chamomile, oatmeal, honey, hemp seed butter, cinnamon, lemon, rose petals, cucumber, lime, green tea, chocolate, and acai berries. Clients can add a variety of Nourishe spa boosters to any treatment. The spa's staff includes Dr. Stanley Sherman, FACS, a plastic surgeon; Kristin Patten, the spa founder and a licensed aesthetician; Ellen Jewell, a registered nurse; and Assia Luxen, the Dreamtime Facial specialist.

Stanley Sherman, M.D.

Stanley Sherman, MD, FACS, is the spa's medical director and a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is also a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Sherman received his medical training at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, and completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Northwestern University.
