StressBusters Wellness Day Spa

My first experience was very impressive! I was greeted by the owner in such a way that I was glad that I had chosen this spa. It is a beautifully decorated, warm, soothing facility which invites one to relax even before treatment and really makes one feel special. My signature massage by Javier was beyond excellent. He is very skilled at locating and releasing trigger points. His explanations of what causes stress at certain points were very informative. I didn't have to tell him when he reached a sore spot as he already knew. He told me what was going on with my body in very understandable terms. He was very adept at changing pressure at different areas. I didn't need to prompt him which is unusual the first massage with a therapist. I'll revisit this spa as budget allows and recommend it to all of my friends and acquaintances. I don't normally gush over a facility, but this is one exception to that rule. I have every reason to believe that subsequent visits will be equal to the first and eagerly look forward to my next visit. Joan W

My husband gave me a gift certificate for Mothers Day from StressBusters Day Spa in Laguna Hills and I felt like I'd died and gone to heaven for the THREE HOURS I was there.First had a massage that made me drool (literally, I was so relaxed) and then a facial by their estetician from France. She is the best I have ever experienced and I used to get facials every six weeks, so that's saying something!! My skin glowed afterwards... even my husband noticed the difference.Finally, I tried their Far Infrared sauna. Never felt anything like it...I felt like I become one with the wooden bench it was so comfortable and relaxing. I am not a regular sauna person, but this one isn't like a steam sauna at all. I actually stayed in there for an hour and felt like I had taken a six hour nap afterwards I felt so alive and peppy. II actually bought a massage/sauna package as I am hooked on this place.

I belong to a membership massage chain and have found that at best the massages are "hit and miss". One out of two or three are so-so or just not good. When I add in the cost of the massges I didn't like, it really isn't cheap at all!! I shared this with one of my kids' mom and she told me she went to StressBusters where every single massage she'd gotten was excellent and suggested I check them out.On her referral, I went and experienced the same thing. I've now gone four times; have seen four different therapists and had a great massage every time. Their price is still good; if a little higher than the membership chain, but I know I will get a high quality massage every time.

I am having twins in a few months and have been horribly uncomfortable in my back, legs, having headaches and trouble sleeping until my physician highly recommended this place. I am gratefull beyond words!! In two pregnancy massage treatments, my body is now 100% pain free. ( I wish I could tell every mom to be about it). I have visited a membership massage place pior to going here and their prenatal massage was not even in the same BALLPARK as the work at StressBusters, and I am not kidding!I also bought a pillow sleep solution there that I sleep on made for pregnant moms that has given me a COMFORTABLE and full nights restful sleep. I don't wake up with sore shoulders and hips like I have had for months.I will be returning after my preciious babies are born to be fitted for a belly thing that returns the post-partum mom's our waist back to its prepregnant size; they told me to come in immediately after birth to be fitted. I have felt like a moose for about seven months; can't wait to have my body back...The place is not huge, so don't expect a corporate spa but for me, that is to my comfort. I don't care for huge, rather cold spas. This one is beautiful, warm and their massages are absolutely the BEST I have experienced.

My lower back was killing me after starting a new exercise strategy to get back in shape. I decided I needed a good massage and found StressBusters on this website which was quite close to my home actually.The place is gorgeous on the inside. The outside is in a rather plain family type of strip mall, but as soon as I walked in the door the ambience was so pretty and relaxing I was transported into another world.My therapist listened to me more than any therapist ever has and addressed not only my lower back quickly but her magic fingers relieved the pain there as well as a few other places I didn't realize were sore. I have never felt so deeply relaxed after a massage and I have had MANY all over the world.My only regret is that I have lived close to them for years and didn't even know it!!

From the moment I step in the staff was so nice. My facial was sooo relaxing it was the best facial I have ever received I saw improvements in my skin instantly.

My girlfriend had her 40th girls only birthday party here a few days ago. We had the spa to ourselves for massages and spa treatments, bringing in our own food & wine. The treatments were fabulous and everyone of us agreed that the massages were the very best we've ever had. StressBusters is small but beautiful and they made sure our evening was fun and relaxing. We can't wait til another of us has a birthday!!
