Located in an exceptional healing environment, The Farm at San Benito, rests on 119 acres in the foothills of Mount Malarayat, 1,025 feet above sea level. About a 90-minute drive south of the Philippine capital of Manila, the Batangas resort, a winner of the 2012 Senses Award for Best Medical Wellness Resort, a first for the Philippines, offers a complete immersion into healthy and mindful living. The Farm specializes in “Wellness Holidays” or “Healing Retreats,” supervised by integrated medical physicians, licensed therapists, movement consultants and living food chefs. Each program is designed to be specific to the individual.
The resort’s Salus Per Aquam SPA offers an extensive menu combining Asian treatments with signature Filipino healing methods. Freshly harvested ingredients in the award-winning “Rejuvenating Cuisine” are from the resort’s organic garden.

The architectural centerpiece of the 1,400-square-meter Salus Per Aquam SPA is its infinity-edge swimming pool, with the impressive Mount Malarayat as its backdrop. Treatment room decor offers a tropical vibe, while the open-air Thai massage pavilions, surrounded by gardens and soothing water features, foster a tranquil setting for spa guests.
The ten treatment-room SPA features Asian-inspired massage, body scrubs, wraps, and facials on its menu of services, and treatments utilize all-natural, organic homemade products infused with extracts such as The Farm's exclusive cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil, fresh coconut milk, coffee, cocoa, herbs, and coconut fiber. Signature highlights include the 90-minute Purification Treatment, in which the spa therapist applies coconut oil, lemongrass, and sea-salt elements to the body with "Yin Yang" strokes, and the 150-minute Hilot Haplos, a combination of a cocoa body scrub, coconut cream milk bath, and massage. Five treatment rooms accommodate couples and have oversize bathtubs, indoor/outdoor showers, and tandem treatment beds, where guests can indulge in therapies like the Four Hands Yin Yang Puri simultaneously.
An integral part of The Farm's experience is its medical services. Inspired by European treatments, the services revolve around internal cleansing and body detoxification.

- The Farm at San Benito is located within 90 minutes of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
- Roundtrip transfers from Ninoy Airport and the Metro Manila area are available for a fee.
- Salus Per Aquam is appropriate for guests ages 14 and older.
- The Philippines enjoys a tropical climate, with annual temperatures of about 28⁰ C. There are two distinct seasons: The rainy season lasts from June through November, while the dry season occurs from December through May. Nights can be cool, so a light jacket or sweater is recommended.
Facilities & Amenities
The Farm's Medical Clinic offers European-inspired therapies such as colon hydrotherapy, infusion therapy, ionization detox foot bath and nutritional microscopy under the supervision of its team of doctors. The Farm's specialty programs, Specialized Healing Retreats, combine components like health assessments with medical experts, juice fasting or organic meals, and spa and medical treatments. Additional wellness therapy options include cardiovascular medicine and diabetes management.
During unstructured time, guests can unwind in the various relaxation and meditation areas or spend quiet moments in the "secret garden" and orchidarium. The on-site fitness center has a selection of exercise equipment such as Cybex machines, free weights, and mini trampolines. Guests can work out with a personal trainer or join in a daily meditation, yoga, or movement session; scheduled yoga retreats are available throughout the year. Qi gong, tai chi, Pilates, Callanetics and power walking are also offered, as well as Mandala flower arranging, ALIVE! Living Foods cuisine preparation classes, and North Park Plantation gardening.
Guests can take a dip in one of three swimming pools, including the spa's infinity-edge pool overlooking the Malarayat mountain range. Five miles of jogging/hiking trails snaking through jungle terrain are accessible for the fitness enthusiast, and golfers can tee off on one of two 18-hole courses located within 20 minutes of The Farm. Scuba diving excursions may be arranged in the local Batangas Region.

The Farm's 31 guest rooms are nestled amid lush tropical foliage in the heart of the plantation. With wood-beamed ceilings and thatched roofs made from indigenous elements, the bilevel Sulu Terrace Rooms foster a rural feel, yet modern amenities like air-conditioning provide a comfortable stay. The tropical Palmera Suites have their own private garden and lanais, while the Anahaw Terrace Suites, Philippine-inspired lofts located on a hillside setting, offer views of the stream. Ten well-appointed Narra Villas have private heated pools, as does the Master Villa, which also boasts a full-service kitchen.
At ALIVE! Restaurant, diners can sample flavorful, nutritious vegan fare in a relaxed setting, either indoors or outside under tree canopies. The ALIVE! cuisine follows an "85% raw, 15% cooked" gastronomic philosophy, featuring freshly harvested ingredients from The Farm's organic garden and produces sprouts and wheat grass daily from the Kitchen Garden and Wheat Grass Bungalow. The ALIVE! five-course menu changes daily and includes a range of vegetables, nuts, seeds, and fruits, along with tasty homemade ice creams and cookies, biological wines, champagne, and beverages.
