I have never had better treatment than at Faces First. Rickie carefully selects the products that match your skin needs. Her spa is warm and relaxing. The duvet you can snuggle under resembles the softest clouds - I just wanted to take it home! It's so comfortable you will not want to leave! I can't wait to book my next appointment!

I have been visiting Rickie since January, when she began offering the Dermafile Facial. I had sun spots and acne scars that have darkened over the years and was eager to try a treatment that could help without irritating my Rosacea. Before the facial, I did my research and I was skeptical that the treatment would actually work, the process just seemed to simple to deal with the problems plaguing my skin. After 3 treatments, my sun spots are 90% faded and my acne scars have visibly reduced in size. My skin tone and texture are smoother and the removal of the surface layer of dead skin allows my moisturizer to be fully absorbed. Hooray! If you are considering this facial, some things you my want to know: first, this is not a relaxing facial, this is a results facial. The skin is filed to abrade and remove the surface layer of skin. It's mildly uncomfortable however, Rickie is really wonderful at adjusting to your sensitivity level. Next, your skin will be recovering for a few days. You won't be terribly red but it does take a few days for the abraded layer to completely slough off. Finally, for my level of skin problems, it took 3 treatments, 4 weeks apart, to get maximal results. I can't recommend this treatment highly enough!

If I hadn't been so comfortable tucked into a warm duvet on Rickie's facial table, I would have given her a standing ovation for excellent service ! Rickie is not just " trained " in skincare; she is an expert. This is not a " one facial for all " but a professional who will assess your skin and discuss your needs. No hard sell on anything ( unlike some salons ). Rickie is honestly in the business to HELP you and your skin. I also love that she uses the Eminence line of organic facial products. You honestly come away from her facials with softer skin than you can remember having in years ( for me, like 50 years !! ) and a glow that just thrills you when you look in the mirror. Do not hesitate on booking with Rickie...she is delightful and you will so enjoy the experience !

What a wonderful experience! Rickie Harmon is both friendly and professional and *listens* to your concerns regarding your skin before treating and recommending the best product for your specific concerns. I have experienced excellent results with the PCA product line and highly recommend it. Through a series of peels and a daily care routine using the products my skin has improved in texture and skin-tone, reducing redness, hyperpigmentation, breakouts and roughness. Each and every time I've had a relaxing, uplifting experience at Faces First! I highly recommend this spa - you will be in the very best hands!

I went to see Rickie for post acne/hyperpigmentation spots that I had all over my face. My experience was wonderful. Rickie is so welcoming and friendly! Her spa is beautiful and is very calming. I had a chemical peel treatment done. I loved it! Rickie explains everything and made it a very nice experience. I had great results with my chemical peel, and my scars are nearly gone. I will definatley go back for my next peel to continue the wonderful results. I am still amazed at the results of one peel! I have had a ton of compliments on my skin and the results of my peel. I highly reccomend Rickie to anyone and everyone!

Faces First is a little gem of a spa within a health club on Bainbridge Island. The owner, Rickie Harmon, is a perfectionist, and it shows in everything she touches: her space is beautiful, her work is excellent, and she carries great products. Rickie is friendly and accomodating, and I am continually impressed with her level of professionalism.

Rickie Harmon is the perfect combination of professor and godess. My husband and I call her a skinologist because she knows so much about skin. Her professional training and skills keep her on top. Her product line is fabulous. She has an amazing variety of treatments available and her massage is to die for. It's all about healthy skin. I do not wear make up. When I am under Rickie's skillful care people go out of their way to tell me how terrific my skin looks - no kidding.

What an amazing experience! I have had several different services from Rickie and each and every time I felt renewed and relaxed. When you leave from your facial you literally glow. Her facials are truly remarkable and I highly recommend. I love the atmosphere. Rickie takes great care with the sounds and aromas that surround you. I love the products she uses and have also purchased several of them. Rickie is very knowledgeable about the products and takes great care to be sure you use the right product for the right skin. The space is very comfortable and I have found the whole experience to be meaningful - it's not just luxury or something to do but totally about well-being. A rare gift if you ask me. I would not hesitate recommending Faces First and also encourage the experience. You will not be disappointed! I have had facials from others in the past and absolutely none compare to the service and care you will receive here.

I have been going to Faces First since it opened and I have ALWAYS had a wonderful experience. Rickie is wonderful! She makes great treatment and product recommendations that have really improved the health of my skin and taken years off in appearance. Her spa is intimate, comfortable and peaceful.
