I love this place, I live 10 miles from it and every time I go for a facial or a massage I have a great experience. The staff in the spa are very nice. And the decor is wonderful. They re-did the relaxation room and the changing rooms, and it is just so comfortable. The showers are terrific. I stayed over for a weekend getaway last week and had no problems with the staff, they were all accomodating even the front desk. I dont know what the other reviewer is talking about. We didn't want to pay for the waterview because we see the water all the time but we had a great weekend package that included dinner in the restaurant, which was fabolous. The waitstaff was nice and the food was superb. The bar was filled with very nice people and there is a band there every Friday and Saturday. On Sunday we had the brunch and it was out of this world. I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day, I was so full after. The desk extended our check out an hour because we were running late and it was no problem to them. I will definitely stay again it was such a relaxing time away from home. :)

They have a great service staff for food and drinks which is part of the hotel. The Front Desk staff is incompetent, from locking me out of my room to not informing me at time of check in that my view of the water is obscured. The bed were uncomfortable and the rooms were noisy. The Front Desk never could answer any questions about the area or could not operate computers when billing time came for check out. Not very helpful.
