Excellent massageBy Gina JoyR | February 21, 2013
Pam is great! I've had many services at The Willard location. I would recommend to anyone. And tea in Peacock Alley after a massage.

Have had a couple of good massages hereBy TRENTONC | May 7, 2012
I have had massages here twice, and they were excellent both times. The staff is friendly and the location at the Willard can't be beat if you are visiting the monuments in DC!

They care more about profit than customers!By MariaB | January 3, 2012
I have visited this spa twice for facials with Donna. The first time at full price and the second time during spa week in 2011. Before Donna started my facial, she spent a good amount of time pushing upgrades that cost more than the spa week facial. I almost walked out because she was so aggressive. Also, I was very surprised to learn that my skin is so bad considering that during my last visit she told me my skin was great. and nothing had changed in between visits. I'm disappointed by her use of such tactics to get me to buy more. I no longer trust her because my skin IS good OR bad and that means one of the times she was lying. I do not recommend going to Donna for a facial.
As for the spa overall, the facilities are quite small and cramped. I believe the only additional facilities they offer in the locker room is a sauna. This is not the type of spa that offers hot and cold plunge pools, a eucalyptus room, swiss shower, etc where one can relax for several hours before or after treatment.

Will go back, but for different serviceBy SimoneB | July 15, 2011
I had a Brazilian bikini wax done here. I can't say I'm a fan of the hard wax technique, nor of the supposedly specially patented wax. As far as I could tell, it didn't relax the hair follicles one bit since this was hands down the most painful waxing experience I have ever had and seemed to go on forever. It also wasn't as *ahem* thorough as I wanted so it's a good thing my plans for the weekend had changed.
That said, the menu of services is truly impressive and I will most likely return to try something else. It looks like a good spa for pampering.

Great FacialBy jessicac | June 15, 2011
My husband and I had facials before our wedding. They were wonderful. It was very relaxing, and the women were definitely experienced. My husband had never had a facial, and the woman who did his made sure to explain to him what she was doing to help him be less nervous. She even threw in a collagen treatment for him after he mentioned it was for our wedding.
The relaxation room is a bit small, but that is completely understandable for an urban spa. The Willard is a great location, and it feels like something a bit special, versus just going into the front door of a regular spa.
I'd love to go back.

Great getawayBy AliciaM | June 17, 2010
I went after work on a Tuesday evening and this is the place to go for a Pedicure and Manicure. Professional and welcoming staff and I wanted to stay longer. I am choosey about where I have my nails done and I have been to a number of places and Red Door lives up to their name at this location.
