After reading great things about this spa I knew I had to go. After reading a great editorial about them in Refinery29, I actually went. I have NEVER in my life had a more incredible facial. I am not kidding. This comes from being a beauty and facial junkie. I have been primped, cleansed and extracted at Christine Chin, Bliss and beyond. Hands down the best here. My skin was so clean and fresh, not a blackhead in sight. I actually showed up with a pounding headache and felt so rested and amazing when I left. I also LOVE the fact that they were donating proceeds to the American Cancer Society and apparently, often do. The staff are more than down to earth, they're easy and welcoming and warm. I have been in this neighborhood a long time and I have seen places come and go. Tres Bell is the real deal.

This spa is the worst I've been to in NYC. They treated my skin completely improperly (I have very sensitive skin and they picked it apart so that I actually have scarring FROM this spa alone). I was told that the terrible things they were doing to my face were just "progress" and I should keep coming back every 2 weeks and spending ridiculous amounts of money to see results. I trusted them. I shouldn't have.I went for months and saw my skin get worse and worse as a result of this spa. When I emailed the owner to try to get her to see how awful this experience had been, what a waste of time and money and how incredibly hard it is to be taken advantage of when you just want your skin to look better, she just wrote "maybe this isn't the spa for you" and that was that. These people are truly terrible.

As far as spas and salons, I have been around the block. I have never had the consistency of excellent service and top notch treatments as I have here.Never once have I been pushed into a service or product that I didn't need. There's nothing I hate more than being "up sold" during my treatment when I'm half asleep, and of course will say yes! It has never happened at Tres Belle. Suggestions are made, guidance is provided, that is all.I am always given a free sample when a new product comes out and because I book every month, they throw in a free little treat for me, an eyebrow shape or a tint.I'm not a review type of person. I am not a "yelper" or even read many reviews but I want to support this amazing little spa nook.

went for a facial. I was not pushed into anything fancy. My face was deeply cleaned and polished and it felt incredible. I have never had a facial that felt so good. I think I fell asleep. When I was leaving they gave me free smaples and oh, Yoshi plucked a few eyebrows hair for me too, at no charge. I had a great time here and would suggest Tres Bell to anyone.

I'm always a little nervous when I go to a new spa. But, the whole staff at this great little spa was wonderful. i felt welcome right away. They really listen and give good advice to get you looking good. Had my first facial (Japanese) and it was the best I ever had. I'm never going anywhere else again, OMG. I made an appointment for laser hair removal evaluation (free) and I think I finally found the right place to tx my bikini area........I'm sick of razors and bumps. This is one of those wonderful, unusual NY spots that makes you glad you live here.
