I have been to Elements a few times, and will continue to go here anyday over other wellness-based parlors. I don't need a massage more than every few months, so for a quick hour every now and then they do a nice job. Very relaxing environment and knowledgeable staff. Alix is great, attention to detail on focus points and good pressure. I always leave feeling significantly worked out and relaxed.
Also, value-wise they always have good deals for returning customers. I just got a 3-pack of 55 min massages for $55 each, which is more than manageable on a flex spending account. I will continue to return!

Only 45 minutes, Very SmallBy Sean | October 14, 2011
This 'spa' is tiny and has allot of turnover. On top of that, my massage was only about 45 minutes as they schedule a massage every hour. I am disappointed in the service and table time. Perhaps they should rethink their model. Overall, I would not return.
