True REST Float Spa offers services for relaxation, pain relief, and improved sleep quality. The spa strives to make each experience unique in its five treatment rooms, which include four private Float Suites, a specialty massage room and an Oxygen Bar. The spa's signature treatment is floatation therapy, during which guests will relax in the True REST (Restricted Environmental Stimulus Therapy) zero-gravity environment that is designed to help the mind and body to truly let go. Floatation therapy uses a special solution of salinated water made with 1,200 pounds of Epsom salt, which creates buoyancy, making guests feel like they are floating on air. The spa also offers a variety of massage treatments including cranial unwinding, deep tissue, Swedish, posture correction and reflexology.
