The 18-treatment room spa includes a full-service salon, two-level fitness center with lap pool, spa boutique, sauna and steam areas, and plunge pools.
The extensive spa menu offers a wide variety of facials, body wraps and scrubs, hydrotherapy treatments, and massage services. The signature Aromatherapy Raindrop ritual blends Tibetan reflexology and other massage techniques with small drops of eight organic essential oils applied along the spine.
A variety of therapies are tailored toward men, including the Gentlemen's Hot Towel and On-the-Go Fit facials, while couples can enjoy tandem treatments like the Sea & Stars night massage.

There are two tennis courts on property, and miles of exploration trails invite guests to hike, bike, and horseback ride. Golfers can play a round on Hacienda Pinilla, the resort's 18-hole, Mike Young-designed course.
The resort's proximity to the ocean provides easy access to kayaking, and snorkeling; additional water sports options include nearby jet and water skiing, river rafting, sailing, surfing, and scuba diving. More traditional forms of exercise can be found at the 216-square-meter fitness center, which offers a full listing of fitness classes include Pilates and yoga (available upon request), as well as high-energy Merenge, salsa, tango, and belly dance lessons.
