Bad cust service
I made my apt and they didn't correctly book all my services. So when they called to remind me of my apt the day before the owner/manager acted like I lied about booking a cut and color. Then said "if you did call to add that service there was no message. so maybe you didn't really leave one." Then when I got my hair colored upon returning home I realized that the stylist has left a huge section behind both ears that she did not color AT ALL! Very disappointed and a waste of my $ and gift certificate!

Do NOT waste your time, money or spafinder gift cards
I located Five Seasons on this website as I received several SpaFinder gift cards as shower gifts. I visited Five Seasons on three different occasions and each time had a terrible experience. My first visit, the stylist left me in the dark wax room for almost 20 minutes while she was finishing another client. At this same visit, the stylist who was to cut my hair was never informed of my arrival, and I had to wait almost an hour until she finished the appointment after mine to receive my mediocre hair cut. My second AND third appointments were cancelled by the salon AFTER I HAD ARRIVED due to scheduling errors as they overbooked the pedicure room. Each time the "new" computer system was blamed, although the system is several months old. The front desk staff was never apologetic or offered a discount for my time and the obvious inconvenience I was caused. This spa is the definition of unprofessional and does not treat clients with any respect. The small salon tucked away inside an athletic facility makes for anything but good atmosphere- I will take my business elsewhere from now on and I encourage you to do the same.

will come back
I am really pleased with the service and services provided here. The stylists at 5 Seasons were able to repair the mess one of the mall salons made. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service is individualized not like an assembly line.

I was very impressed. I did not know what to expect at first since it is not a typical spa, but the staff was very friendly and the massage was the best I have ever had!
