The contemporary spa boasts 17 treatment rooms, where guests partake in therapies like the 80-minute signature Tropical Tiki Bliss, a heated bamboo massage that combines long strokes with rolling techniques. The 3,000-square-foot fitness center sits adjacent to the lobby and sports Life Fitness and Pilates Reformer equipment. A good number of exercise options, from kickboxing to aqua fitness to Zumba to personal training sessions, keeps guests active, or they’ve invited to have a ball on one of the four tennis courts. Yoga is offered thrice weekly.

There are two free-form swimming pools, and a ¼-mile-stretch of private beach beckons both sunbathers and swimmers. The Aloha watersports venue accommodates ocean enthusiasts keen on exploring South Florida’s azure sea with jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, wave running, snorkeling and banana boating opportunities; the Marriott Harbor Beach also encompasses two coral reefs and four dive sites directly off shore.
