I selected Ruhepool to add relaxation to a 5-day stay in Berlin. I'm a California girl, I know my spas, this place managed to exceed my expectations. From the first email to booking they were responsive and accommodating. They created a custom, well thought of package, skillfully planned around our wishes and schedule. The prices were attractive for individual treatments but what they did with our package was inspired! We arrived late afternoon on Sunday (yes, they are open Sundays) and were warmly welcomed by Bianca. The staff is friendly and down to earth. We felt like valuable clients without any of the pandering, just a sincere interest in providing a great experience. Mission accomplished Ruhepool! The afternoon started with an amazing cup of coffee. We were then led to our suite to relax before our Japanese Ritual bath, 2 hours later after our massages, our sushi dinner was waiting in the suite. The morning treatments started at 10 Monday but not before the Ruhepool team sang me Happy Birthday in English. We were attended to by 5 different people in addition to Bianca, all good and professional. A special accolade to Nico who impressed us not only with his massage skills but also his profoundly holistic approach to his work
