Maria Pantano has cut my hair for years and always been extremely professional. I get MANY compliments on my hair cut. Recemtly, I finally agreed to have her color my hair and was very pleased with that also. Christine does my eyebrows and they always turn out great. The hand massage is the perk I love while my hair is being blown out. Service is top notch. Bridget at the front desk is a pleasure on the phone and in person. They always offer tea or water. The Aveda products are wonderful. If you ever have any hair problems or even if you don't, try the Damage Remedy! I did not love the location of the pedicure stations. I did have a couple manicures there and they lasted forever. And Christine also did a mini facial once but I'm just not a facial person. You can't go wrong at this salon! It's not the cheapest place but it's well worth the resonable cost. I am a happy repeat customer who recommends them all the time!!

I went for a full color only after telling the stylist I am broke and cannot afford to cut my hair right now only color it she colored my hair. I went to pay for it and it turned out to be $93.00!! I assumed she put something special in my hair seeing as it was only $55.00 for a full color. I even gave her a tip. As soon as I walked outside y mom said the top of my hair was red and the bottom was dark. I was just going to let it go because I am passive like that. I got home and I looked at my receipt I realized she charged me $28.00 for a style! I was mad because before she started blow drying my hair I directly told her I am going right home to sleep DO NOT BOTHER STYLING MY HAIR. She blew my hair dry and that was it. I called to complain and the person answering the phone said a blow dry is a style! $28.00 to blow dry my hair...not even round brushing! How else would I see the color if she didnt blow dry my hair?I am pissed but swallowed the fact I wasted more money! I washed my hair in color protectant shampoo and what happened? The whole bottom of my hair washed out all of the color! I will never go back..De Beradinis is owned by the same person assuming with the same service standards! If you go and dont want to get screwed over tell them dont blow dry your hair and no other services will be needed ..she tried to get me for a hand massage thank god I said no or I would have been charged for that too!

I have visited this spa numerous times for haircuts and spa services. I have always been completely satisfied! The atmosphere is nice and relaxing and the service has always been wonderful. I will definitely keep visiting this Euphoria!

I visited the Euphoria Salon at the Walden Galleria Mall in June 2008. Maria was the stylist who colored, cut, and styled my hair. While paying for the services the person cashing me out overcharged me, I mentioned that I was overcharged and she insisted that the cost was correct. Later that day a message left on my home answering machine from the cashier stated that I was in fact overcharged and that my credit card would be credited. At the time of cashing out I also scheduled my next visit for July 31, 2008. I called the Salon on July 30th to confirm my appointment and was told that I did not have an appointment. The person answering the phone could care less and just insisted that I did not have an appointment scheduled (the appointment was supposed to be with Maria). I was never offered an appointment with another stylist. I am very confused as to how this could have happened. I was given an appointment card for July 31, 2008 but never had an appointment. I do not intend to visit this Salon again and hope that this review will somehow help other clients that you have. Complete lack of customer service skills at this salon.

The review above has Euphoria confused with another place in Nebraska! I can assure Euphoria in Buffalo is a 5 star salon and spa. They do not do fills on nails. They only do natural nails. Thay are a aveda Spa! Don't let that review defer you from going in. I can assure it will be a pleasant experience! The staff is warm and friendly and trained very well!

Called in to inquire about an appt. for a simple 1 nail repair, light fill of existing set and 1 manii-pedi for another person. Went in for appt time was kept waiting for 30 min. with no reason why. The tech that worked on my nails was flustered, messy, dirty station, un-kempt station. The other person getting the mani-pedi station was dirty. Then I becdame worried about disease. What was the other big problem , THE BILL. It was not what I wa told over the ohone, $140 for these few services. They think they are in Beverly Hills, it is Henderson Nevada!! When questioning the price, the guy was sarcastic and smart alec. DONT GO HERE!!!
