Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the ThalaSpa Chenot is a holistic spa that implements the Chenot Method, a unique concept combining therapies inspired by ancient Chinese medicine with modern technologies. Treatments include hydrotherapy, massage, and beauty services designed to reenergize and rebalance total well-being. The signature Chenot Method Facial Treatment combines cupping to eliminate impurities and massage on the energy points. The spa also offers an innovative "bio-light" menu of balanced yet nutritious dishes.

Interiors of the 540-square-meter spa provide a minimal, relaxed vibe. There are 13 treatment rooms, along with steam room and separate men's and women's locker areas with showers.

Activities

The beachfront fitness center features Cybex and Arc equipment, along with a staff of personal trainers. Additional exercise pursuits include hiking, swimming, and tennis. Located at the southern side of the resort, the Grand Beach offers a stretch of white sand for guests to sunbathe, and the surf welcomes a wide variety of water sports such as scuba diving, snorkeling, water skiing, and jet skiing. Basketball, volleyball, and soccer courts are also available on-site.

Indoor and outdoor event venues, some of which offer sea views, can accommodate up to 1,200.

Many of Greece's famed attractions—many in Athens—are within an hour's drive of the resort. Popular attractions include the Acropolis Museum, Olympic Village, and the Temple of Zeus; culture is also a major draw, with nearly 150 theaters and several archaeological museums. Guests traveling from May through October can attend the annual Athens Festival.
