Located adjacent to the hotel, Capri Beauty Farm, directed by Francesco Canonaco, specializes in aesthetic medicine and pampering treatments with flexible, personalized plans. A typical stay is seven days. The first day is devoted entirely to a full medical checkup, including an electrocardiogram. The remainder of the week is spent addressing personal health and beauty needs through a host of personalized fitness programs and pampering treatments.

The spa, which was voted "Best Medical/Thermal Spa in 2008" by Condé Nast Traveller, offers advanced aesthetic procedures like ultrasound diathermy, magnetotherapy, body peels, laser therapy, electrostimulation, and collagen treatments. The spa's signature treatment is the Leg School, which uses applications of cold bandages and medicated cold muds to soothe tired legs, as well as the Kneipp treatment, where guests are immersed in shallow tanks of water set at different temperatures.
