Befitting of its name, Real Spa Marine features a service menu and interiors inspired by the surrounding sea. The 10,000-square-meter spa has a thalassotherapy circuit, with an indoor heated seawater-filled swimming pool, Roman bath, Vichy and jet showers, Jacuzzi, ice fountain, and watsu. There are 10 treatment rooms, four of which are dedicated to balneotherapy treatments; a sauna and hammam are located in the thalassotherapy pool area. Guests also have access to separate relaxation lounges.

The spa menu offers services such as hydrotherapy, facials, nail and waxing treatments, as well as numerous body treatments, including wraps, Satin, Minceur, Firming, Anti-Cellulite, Active Contouring, and Body Balance moisturizing treatments. Many spa services utilize pure seawater and natural products. Massage modalities include reiki, shiatsu, and hot stone.
