Befitting of its name, Real Spa Marine features a service menu and interiors inspired by the surrounding sea. The 10,000-square-meter spa has a thalassotherapy circuit, with an indoor heated seawater-filled swimming pool, Roman bath, Vichy and jet showers, Jacuzzi, ice fountain, and watsu. We have 10 treatment rooms, 4 of which are dedicated to balneotherapy treatments, as well a Sauna and Hammam are located in the thalassotherapy pool area. Guests also have access to separate relaxation lounges.

The Spa menu offers services such as hydrotherapy, facials, nail and waxing treatments as well as numerous body treatments including wraps, Satin, Minceur, Firming, Anti-Cellulite, Active Contouring, and Body Balance moisturizing treatments. Many spa services utilize pure seawater and natural products. Massage modalities include reiki, shiatsu, and hot stone. Aqua aerobics are available, as are Pilates, yoga, tai chi, and personal training. One and two day treatment programs are available for both individuals and couples.

Designed in blue and gray hues, rooms reflect the seascape, while the suite interiors, in white and beige, offer a chic aesthetic. Many of the accommodations come with private balconies with water or garden views. Twenty-four-hour room service is available.

Cuisine at Belvedere Restaurant is inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, and an open-air terrace is the place for alfresco dining and striking ocean views. Bar la Terazza is a more relaxed venue, where guests can sample light fare and sip cocktails on the veranda while listening to live music in the evening. The poolside Mare, open seasonally, serves light options. A portion-controlled spa menu is available.

Versatile meeting venues include six rooms equipped with modern technology and accommodating up to 450, and event space comprises several terraces overlooking the sea. A business center is on property, as are clothing and jewelry shops.

The cosmopolitan town of Cascais draws visitors throughout the year for its mix of modernity and rich culture. There, tourists can explore castle ruins, explore the art and sea museum, and stroll the cobblestone streets of the historic center or along the sandy beaches or yacht harbor. Cascais is home to Estoril Casino, one of the largest in Europe, and the area is known for dining and such sports as surfing, sailing, windsurfing, and kite surfing.
