The recently opened spa center comprises a medical beauty center, indoor and outdoor heated pools, a natural swim pond with Koi fish in winter, a fitness club, an earth sauna, steam rooms, hammam, and 12 body and beauty treatment rooms. Services include La Siala, a shoulder-and-neck treatment that soothes and relaxes and includes quiet time. Another signature service is the Tujetsch Treatment, which combines wellness and medicinal massage techniques and intensive manual therapy for a trouble-free back; it also includes the application of soap stone from the Bundner Oberland and in-house Delight oils. Services in detoxification, thalassotherapy, and weight loss are also available.
The spa accepts and caters to a wide range of clients including day clients, children/teens, and couples.

- After taking a train or taxi to Flims, guests may be picked up in the hotel bus.

Guests can enjoy the mountains on the four miles of hiking trails on the property or take advantage of the extensive connected ski resorts. Golf is available on the Buna Vista Golf Sagogn 18-hole course designed by John Chilver-Stainer, and guests can also use the two tennis courts, where instruction is offered.
Inside the spa is a 120-square-meter fitness center with Life Fitness cardio equipment, a weight-training station, and gymnastics area with Spinning, steps, and physio balls. Classes in Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and core-stability are also offered, as is personal training. Two heated pools are open year-round; the 75-square-meter pool is indoors, and the 142-square-meter pool is outdoors.
Two bars provide nightlife: the Chadafö Grand Bar with live music and the Segnes Winebar for a casual game of billiards.
In February, July, and August, the hotel offers young guests a range of programs, from a petting zoo to cooking to sports.
