The Spa & Fitness Club occupies the fifth and sixth floors of the famous hotel, overlooking the rooftops of Hamburg. With interiors that reflect an Asian vibe, complemented by soft candlelight and warm wood elements, the 500-square-meter urban spa houses five treatment rooms, including a couple's massage area, and separate men's and women's wet areas with saunas, steam rooms, and plunge pools. Additional spa amenities include a relaxation room, two solariums, hydro-massage tub and fitness area.

The spa menu offers more than 100 different treatments inspired by Eastern and Western techniques, all designed to integrate wellness that balances body and soul. Guests can indulge in the signature Vier Jahreszeiten Massage, which incorporates an array of techniques such as acupressure, Ayurveda, lomilomi, and shiatsu. Additional spa services feature Medical Beauty Research, Kerstin Florian and O.P.I. products.

Luxury accommodations include the lakefront Celebrity Suite—so named for the hotel's star clientele including Maria Callas, Thomas Mann, and Prince Henry—and feature foyer and living areas, oversize king beds, and bathrooms with a glass shower stall, double sinks, soaking tub, and heated floor.

The hotel's four dining establishments feature a varied cuisine and range from elegant to casual.
