Spa Marquis, Source of Vitality offers a menu of services inspired by ancient Mexican rituals incorporating nature-inspired elements designed to reenergize and invigorate. Guests can indulge in treatments such as the signature Quetzalcoatl Oxygenating Experience, which begins with a eucalyptus foot bath followed by an exfoliation of mineral salts and second bath, and concludes with a full-body cucumber-and-milk combination. An array of massage services is available, including aromatherapy, Ayurveda, reflexology, and the Marquis Holistic Massage, recommended for couples. Offerings also include facials, waxing, hydrotherapy, and hair and nail services.

Marquis Los Cabos features 237 rooms, including 28 stand-alone casitas, which come complete with private pools and views of the Sea of Cortez. Several suites of various sizes overlook the water and are outfitted with private terraces and pools. Befitting its surroundings, rooms interiors are decorated with modern Mexican-style furnishings, lovely oil paintings, and marble bathrooms.
A prepared tasting menu of French cuisine can be enjoyed at Canto del Mar restaurant, which is open daily for dinner. Guests can savor Mexican cuisine indoors at Vista Ballenas, or opt for alfresco dining on the restaurant's terrace. The poolside Dos Mares offers fresh seafood specialties. Guests can end the night with snacks, cocktails, and live music at the open-air El Suspiro Bar. Room service featuring an international menu is available 24 hours.

In addition to its spa, Marquis Los Cabos offers guests several activities in which to participate. Meditation and yoga classes are available several times per week, and the 7,000-square-foot fitness center features Pilates with Reformer equipment and personal trainers.
Guests can take a dip in one of three outdoor swimming pools, two of which overlook the Sea of Cortez. Golfers have their choice of three 18-hole courses on the property: the Jack Nicklaus-designed Ocean Course, the Tom Weiskopf-designed Desert Course Cabo del Sol, and the Robert Trent Jones-designed Cabo Real Golf Course. Snorkeling and whale watching can also be arranged.
The hotel celebrates young guests, ages 4 through 12, with the MarKids Program. Activities include Spanish classes, pinata building, and creating sandcastles.
