When you walk in the front door you expect professionalism and class but the front desk doesn't even dress professional. Don't even get me started on the salon manager, absolutely NO class. while i was checking in for my facial she came storming through the front door screaming i almost cancelled my appt.y.
The facial was amazing and i do recommend Brittney she was great but that is about it.
Then i got a Pedicure and the girl that was doing my toes was loud and very gossipy, I come to relax not to hear gossip about people i don't know.
